This was the best hotel we stayed in, in Bali! It is exceptionally clean and the staff are all very helpful and nice. Probably the only hotel we didn’t have to battle mosquitos or roaches 😂 The pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you’re in Ubud!

The bedroom Itself and facilities were nice and I felt protected by mosquitoes. The staff were friendly but were extremely unhelpful in the face of any issue.There were a number of complaints that we gave at the end which led to them giving our massages to us for free when paying our room bill. I am not one to complain but this was a traumatic stay. First the small issues of the toilet leaking from the bottom when flushed, the shower spraying to the side soaking the floor when we shower, black mould in the cases that held the glasses so the glasses had mould on the rims, every time we used the kettle our power cut out and we had to turn it back on ourselves because when I told reception they failed to do so leaving our room hot when we returned due to lack of air conditioning, we also ordered food from them 4 different nights and the same food every night- chicken rendang and chicken burger. The chicken rendang came a different colour with completely different tastes every night we were astonished.Finally we broke no glass in the room and had been there 3 nights, it’s 10pm and I walk to the bed to get on it and go to sleep. I feel terrible pain in my foot and there is a sharp shard of glass halfway in my foot. As someone with anxiety when they travel and with health so infections it was horrible, my partner had to pull the chunk of glass out my foot and sanitise and patch me up, we called reception and they apologised as it must have been the cleaners breaking a bottle or previous people and terrible cleaning standards. They mopped up the floors with a swifter and that was all and when I asked for a Hoover they clearly diddnt have one. I was anxious for the rest of my stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms were perfect, it was in a quiet setting by rice paddies, and the staff were lovely!

Experience of 10 in this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and from the first moment the staff was super friendly, always with a smile. The facilities are very well maintained, the gardens, swimming pool. The room was super clean, the bed large and comfortable. There are various types of breakfasts whether they are more local or western and you feel relaxed all the time. We also rented a practically new motorcycle one day, which we quickly rented at reception. Also, the hotel is not located in the center of Ubud so the surroundings are not so crowded with people, motorcycles and noise. It is also not far by motorcycle at all. But at the same time you can walk around and find places to eat or have something like Amaro coffee or My G Warung. In the room there is a safe and a small refrigerator.Without a doubt my partner and I would repeat.
