Stay here and take part in the trail running race in Kintamani. Even though it was only for one night, I could enjoy the facilities at this glamping.Taking one of the tents, it turned out it contained 3 beds. I hadn't browsed beforehand so I was quite surprised by the all purple color.Because I was tired after the race, I wanted to sleep quickly. I also just found out that the price I paid included dinner apart from breakfast, so I first took the time to eat the dinner provided, the Mujair Nyat Nyat menu which I chose.For glamping guests, the bathroom and toilet are in the corner along with the prayer room and ablution area.All hot water facilities, warm plunge pools and large (cold) swimming pools can be enjoyed by staying guests. The cold water swimming pool is quite clean and does not smell of chlorine.When I wanted to check out, I realized I didn't have enough time there, hehe...

The bathroom is dirty, the employees are confused, no one is coordinating, it's a shame the place is nice but the service is bad, it's better if you come here and just swim, don't stay overnight

This is such a dirty place. To think that this is a “premium” resort, and considering the journey that one must make, it’s not at all worth it. There are flies everywhere, the food looks and smells disgusting, and to make matters worse, the influx of crowd that comes in as it’s a halal restaurant, you wouldn’t want to eat or step into the hot spring. Avoid at all cost. Oh, and if you do get into the overrated hot springs which is nothing but a swimming pool with a pipe pouring in spring water with the force of a tap, for the love of god, don’t use their changing rooms.

The view is good, the security guard is VERY UNFRIENDLY, the staff also looks less than professional and has a flat face... it doesn't reflect a tourism worker, a lot of the paint is faded, the electricity went out in the morning and it seems like they don't have a generator for the water in the pool, the showers and showers are off all the time 2 hours...a bit overpriced if you don't clean yourself up immediately.

The place is 10 stars, guys, because AQ, Paksu, and the kids really like coming here, soaking comfortably here, until early in the morning we soak comfortably here, the hot spring pool is really good.What made him nervous was that there was a mouse in his tent, guys. AQ was so traumatized that he couldn't sleep because he was afraid that the mouse would climb onto the mattress.Then the most exciting thing was the cleaning part, I left the baby blanket but there was no response, even though I called and chatted on WA but still no news. Please be honest, just cook the blanket and don't want to return it.In my opinion, the food is too expensive, guys, with the usual taste and portions.The employees don't smile, especially in the restaurant.Please, the owner can better organize his employees so that they smile a lot, are honest, and the rats are removed, hehehhee. It's a shame that the place is already in good condition, sorry, but there is something wrong with it.Next year I will take my family on holiday here again, hopefully it will be even better.

Glamping overnight here, there are many choices of swimming pools, the water is from normal to hot.. at first we had a look around accompanied by a staff member named Mbak Setiani, finally we chose the executive tent.. glamping here you get dinner and breakfast, you are free to choose breakfast in the tent or at the restaurant..When camping here it's quiet, there's no one else camping maybe because it's a working day but there's a lot of people swimming... at night my child screamed when he saw a rat enter the tent because there was a tent zipper that was open for the cables, luckily the rat could be thrown out... the bathroom is a bit poorly maintained (there is a wasp's nest on the ceiling), I suggest you pay more attention... 😊Overall staying and swimming here was enjoyable, my child was happy because previously he saw Toya Devasya on YouTube and finally one of his wishes when he went to Bali was fulfilled... ❤

Dirty toilet.Public toilet&shower were not at a good maintainance,broken parts&no privacy while shower.Water off 04 AM-07 AM.We came 2 adults&1 kid,they charge for 3 adults (for mineral water&towel) but they didn't gave any additional of it.Bonfire dealing as per website incl corn+steam peanuts+drinks,in fact only bonfire.Service&management too bad,we couldn't sleep due to neighbour snoring&we ask for changing room as other side were empty until 11.30 PM,but FO didn't gave it with many excuses.Lack of safety in waterslide area.Waterpark open for public,they allow people to down the water without swimsuit.B'fast incl rice,noodle,chicken,egg,crackers,sambal,pickle,coffee&tea.Ikan mujair nyat-nyat was so so,better buy at Depot Ibu Dewi Asih 300m away in the left side of the hotel.

I stayed 1 night in an executive tent and in my opinion, it was really worth it because the cost for staying for 2 people was only 500 thousand.complete facilities with free soaking, it's nice if you stay there you can soak in the morning and it's really an extraordinary experience with views of Lake Batur and the mountains along with the sun rise, a complete package assisted by Ms. Asti who is very professional in serving us while there, besttt 👍 👍 next time I will definitely come back to Toya Desvaya ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's fun if you want to try the camping experience. Because behind the cold location, there are hot springs that you can enjoy as much as you like. Very suitable for large gatherings or outings. If you're alone or together, you'll probably cringe 😂. Where the rate is calculated per person, not per tent. So you can imagine how much it's worth compared to staying in a hotel in general.

Not a bad place. Definitely not a wellness retreat! The idea is good. But 5am sound checks that go for two hours destroy any serenity the place may have had.
When checking out staff tried to deny us our money from the cashless card system they have. Front desk staff were quite rude and it took 45 mins to sort out.
