Hotel with very nice view of the mountains of Bali, very clean room.The staff is great, very accommodating, they brought our suitcases to the room even though they were very heavy. The service for climbing Mount Batur is very well organized with knowledgeable guides.We had a very good stay, and we highly recommend it!!A little nod for Wang who is very funny and super nice!

Exceptional staff! We stayed here for two nights, the place is comfortable and with a wonderful view!Staff really friendly and super helpful! I lost my phone in the car of the previous taxi to arrive and I noticed it after 30 minutes, they solved the problem in a very short time! Excellent!

I've been to many beautiful places, but I've never felt as comfortable as I do here. The view was amazing and the rooms were very clean. But the best thing was simply the service. Every single employee put in a lot of effort, everyone was very attentive and asked several times if I had any further requests. So warm and loving. Every wish was fulfilled immediately. I couldn't ride a scooter, so I was kindly given a ride and a tour of the area. I leave the place with a really good feeling and will definitely come back! I can only recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

Nice small hotel with friendly staff who want to arrange everything for you. Among other things, they helped us with a driver who drove us around for 2 days and who also took us to our next hotel. The location is a bit remote and can be reached via a back road and there is not much to do in the immediate area.We did Bali Natural hot springs from here and it was a lot of fun.

The access road to this place is small and quite difficult to get to the location but it's worth it because the view it offers is very beautiful hahaha. Then for comfortable rooms there are lots of plugs and they are good, the bathroom is quite good but the warm water sometimes doesn't work. Then the service is good, guests are helped to carry their belongings to their rooms, overall this villa is good.

I stayed in Batur Cliff Panorama for 2 nights. The staff was amazing, they go out of their way to please you and make sure you’re not missing anything. It was lovely to spend time with them and getting to know more about Bali. They even taught us some Balinese. We did the Mont Batur hike with Kadek and he was just the best. Made sure we had a great time, always joyful and full of energy. I really recommend to stay there with these genuine souls. The also helped to rent a motor bike to go around the area.The bests. Will definitely go back when i come back to Kintamani.
