I don’t want to damage the business of this place but it’s fair to say that we had some problems here. When we arrived the stuff was immediately nice and they offer to us a good and hot cup of tea (it was raining that day so it was really appreciated). But when we enter in the room the situation changed, starting with the little terrace full of flies. Our room was really dirty: we found a spot of blood on our bed, on the roof INSIDE there was a wasps’ net and on the mosquito net there were spots of mould. We couldn’t close our door well because the handle is old and did not work, so there were drafts of air coming in.The bathroom outside was old and dirty, plus we didn’t find the toilet paper. The pool is really nice and hot, we took a swim in the afternoon and it was a pleasure. The stuff is really kind and that’s the reason why we suggest them to take some attention to this place that has a good potential.

I’m really sorry for the staff and the owner, I think this was once a very beautiful place to be. But right now there’s just a big construction zone everywhere you look. There is nothing anymore with peaceful surroundings or pleasant vibe in the Nature of Kintamani. You hear from 7am to 5pm trucks, excavators and other noises. The pool is beautiful but full of dust from the construction and the floor is dirty. Next to the pool was an empty beer bottle in the grass, next to it a bag of trash. In our shower were cigarettes laying on the floor and I don’t want to talk about the dirt above our mosquito net. That’s all not dirt from one time not cleaning it’s just untidy behaviour. The staff was very friendly and the food was tasty. The staff can do nothing about the situation just tidy up more the fundamental things would help. I hope for this place that when the construction is finished it becomes its old beauty back. But for now I would tell everybody don’t book until it’s not finished, it will not be what you expect. We were the only guest there anyways.Anyways thanks to the staff for being so friendly and pleasant. We’d like to come back when the situations better

Everything is good, just the management is lacking1. Only soap, no shampoo, or so I don't understand2. There are no trash bins anywhere, not even outside, let alone in the room3. Lots of flies, it's normal for Kintamani to have flies, but at least provide 1 fly glue per room, it's cheap...4. 9 Dec 23 WiFi cannot be used5. If possible, every new guest washes or replaces the mosquito net... there's a lot of dust... When they sleep...6. The access road is a bit narrow, but it's enough for 1 car, just give way to each other...7. If possible, there is a self-service kitchen in the front / lobby so you can make anything yourselfThe others are good... thank you
