The view is very nice but disappointed with the service of the staff who are not friendly and do not explain the facilities available. The condition of room cleaning is very poor, there are a lot of cobwebs, dirty glasses that have not been washed, there is a lot of crust in the bathroom, a lot of dust on the TV clothes rack. and table. Facilities such as shampoo and showergel only contain empty bottles and a water heater with lots of crust. For the price of 1 million, I don't think breakfast is included, which is very unsatisfactory

The room is ok but a bit pricey for the facilities because I took the private one, it's a bit of a shame because the place is cold but the pool also has cold water so it's useless. The water heater in the bathroom was only used for a while and the water wasn't hot. With that price it doesn't include breakfast even though there's no food for sale around there.

The place is far from the crowds but you can buy food or drinks there, the food and coffee are delicious, the view is really good, the admin responds quickly, the staff is friendly, thank you, I will come back again, 😍🫶

The location is far from the city center, suitable for those who really want peace. Don't ask about the view, it's really good.The waiter didn't care. The plates left over from last night's meal were not taken the next morning.I stayed 2 nights. The second night we moved to a room with a private pool. When we met guests who had just arrived, they asked for pillows because there were no pillows in their room. I took a pillow from my old room without changing the pillowcase.

Villa with a good view. Because it is far from busy places, food is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. Be careful when driving to this area, because the road is quite steep.

Pgn try a staycation in Kintamani and we chose here, not to bad but yes the road is a bit extreme and far from everywhere. The parking lot could probably be arranged better, the service is good but sometimes it's not fast enough. From morning to evening the rooms are full of flies and there are cats Luckily we didn't go into the room outside. But at night it was really comfortable. The view here is amazing, especially if we enjoyed it while swimming. We were a bit disappointed because we couldn't use what was said to be a smart TV because it hadn't been prepared as well as it could be and the wifi was slow.

Had a great stay here, the view is mesmerizing especially in the morning and night cause you can see lights from the villagers house. It is very cold in the evening but so hott in the afternoon and they don’t provide AC in the room, so i suggest you to check in after 3pm to avoid the hot ambience. But overall i had a good time here

The room facilities are inadequate (the water heater is not) one room only has one bottled water, it seems careless. The staff is not alert, the pool water is dirty

The view is already great but the room has lots of flies, the cat insects like to climb up and up and we don't like cats and the mattress spray has lipstick on it, don't want to comment or what else, we don't really like it.

The place is really recommended. There is a canteen swimming pool where you can sit and the view is directly facing Mount Batur... the sunrise is really beautiful. Next time I will come here again
