Yesterday I stayed at this place, in my opinion the service was very bad. The waiter was very bitchy and didn't know he was having a problem and didn't want to explain anything. He only explained breakfast from 8-10 am. Doesn't offer any breakfast. And what's worse is *KTP is being held* This is the first time my ID card has been detained. Even though we rented 3 rooms and this hotel was quite expensive. And I asked other guests who didn't retain their ID cards, whether our faces were criminals. And at 6.30 other guests had breakfast ready while we were at 8 in the morning. The bathroom toilet is shaking. Bad service. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. That's enough, thank you

The staff service was very bad, the rooms were not clean, and also in the afternoon my friend was taking a shower in the bathroom there was a peek from the south, in the bathroom the walls were made of bamboo so it made us uncomfortable while staying at Bamboo Mount Batur.

The location is strategic, on the side of the road. The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are complete. I added an extra bed, but it turned out it wasn't like a normal mattress. It was more like a carpet that had foam and was a bit thick. So it felt like it was directly touching the floor. The bathroom smelled a bit, maybe because it was rarely used, the sink was also a bit clogged.So if you want an extra bed, it's better to open another new room to make it more comfortable
