The place is clean, suitable for family holidays, close to tourist attractions, especially in Ubud

Stanagiri is one of the most comfortable villas in Ubud Bali, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is also delicious, maybe one day I will come back here

The place is very bad, geckos everywhere, clean and dilapidated, and algae everywhereThe pool is dirty and the place is open, there is no privacy at all and no security!!! There are animals in the place because it is a farm and men everywhere. You walk in front of the bedroom overlooking the pool. The location is very far from anything in Bali. It is a cut-off area. The ones who work in the place are very nice, but the place is very primitive. Do not believe that it is 5 stars.

Bad experience in terms of everything.

I ran into a bad situation today1. There is no information about the location of the lobby and reception2. The employees were indifferent. I took the car to the end and it turned out to be a dead end.. it was very difficult to turn around3. After I complained why didn't any of the employees tell me even though they saw us taking the car to the east...in fact the residents of the villa at the end took the initiative to tell us that the front lobby4. There was an argument between me and the staff... instead of apologizing, they said "I'm a native here and this is a guest of the villa which means it's mine"It's not the driver's businessIts ok..since you have guests, please prepare transport to serve the villa guests..I will excuse myselfWe ask the manager to improve the system, at least there is security and there is a sign for the location of the lobby and receptionImprove human resources for employees who are indifferent to people who comeProvide minimal parking for drop in and outThe small road and motorbike parking on the road make it very difficult to access the villa

Sharp broken tiles by the pool.Again, it is a beautiful house, but we stayed here for 6 days and it was indicated every day what was going on. There was no solution. There were even other houses empty (not rented)But these are serious construction errors.Wrong investments madeVideos say enough.I did not film the swimming poolThere are a few photos and videos that make you think it is beautiful, but that is proof that we have rented a Vila here.It is beautifully located and the cleaners, servants and gardeners are greatThe construction errors must be resolved as soon as possible because this is not healthy!!The staff cannot cope with this cleaning due to fundamental construction errors that can still be resolved relatively easily.This should have been one of the highlights of our holiday, as advertised as a luxury retreat near Ubud.Making yourself sick should be an option in the reviews. Avoid stayinf here!Everything about this place is misleading. This is not a luxury accommodation and not a retreat. It's just very old villas, full of humidity in the walls in a very inconvenient location far from anything else and not a retreat at all. There's not even a spa or any facilities.I emailed the property about a special request as we went there for a birthday and received not reply. Asked again to staff when checked in and they just said they can't do anything. All we had in the room was 2 tangerines with warms in them...Really horrid and regrettable.

The villa was great and the staff was very helpful and very kind and the view was great
