The service was not very friendly when we arrived, they just pointed to the place we would be staying without asking for more details, and we ended up having to change rooms twice. Imagine, when we were resting, suddenly we were told to move to another room because the room we occupied first belonged to another guest.When we were in the second room, we realized that the room we were in was not the one we had booked. We booked a private room, and the staff didn't know anything about it. It seems like there was a miscommunication with the owner and finally the owner came here himself.I know maybe the owner is tired with his personal activities and getting complaints from his clients, but isn't it common to still serve your clients well? After arguing with the owner, we moved to the private room.The room looks beautiful from the outside, but inside? Hh.This is my very first time giving a review like this on a place I visited. But it was really disappointing. I attached evidence to this comment, I'm not lying about this.I don't understand the communication you guys have or whatever, but shouldn't the room be cleaned regularly? I'm sure this room wasn't cleaned at all even when you knew you were going to get a client. The room smells really bad, the bathroom is really dirty, the glass is dirty, the floor is dusty, the fridge is really dirty, the glasses are dirty, the private pool is dirty, the bed and pillows are dirty. This is not just one room, but all three private rooms are very smelly and dirty.This is the private room, this is your room which is the most expensive but the worst conditionI didn't complain because I was too tired after moving 2x from room to room, then having to find something like this. Especially after seeing the owner scolding his employees in front of clients. This is really not good for your business, man. I will not come back here again.

The place is very comfortable and very quiet, a suitable place for family gatherings or just having a BBQ, the owner is very kind and willing to help if guests need any help. Respect for the owner. Here the payment is cash only and the room price includes breakfast, namely fried rice. And you can enjoy the warm water pool facilities, of which there are 2. Amenities in the room include tissue, towels and bath soap. Please bring your own for the rest. Can request extra bed. The downside is that the road here is a bit ugly and rocky, so please be careful.

The place is pretty good. But we don't accept tf or qiuris payments, you have to pay cash. So if you come here, you need to prepare cash to pay for your stay. Because the ATM is quite far

Starting with Wayan and his staff, they are great, very friendly and accommodating. The cabins are basic but good, beed was comfortable, i would recommend bringing some thicker clothes to sleep in, as it is a mountain location and it gets colder at night. Breakfast was good and delicious . I believe it has its value for the money. And I also need to mention the warm water pool that we had a good time towards the end of the day.

We booked 3 rooms. The room floor was dusty. I can feel the dust on my feet. One fan is out of order, have been reported but until check out no one comes to fix it. The view was limited. Not a good spot for view. The blanket was thin, I could still feel the freezing cold air. If you drive a car, be careful, the road is narrow. In the morning a guy cleaned up the pool. In the middle of our activity in front of our cabin, he was just dumping the pool water in front of our cabin where we were gathering. This is not a professional service.

Rooms austere but sufficient. Super thermal pool, amazing view of the volcano. That's the end of the positives! Unfortunately, everything can be heard, mostly the accommodation is local. The biggest problem is the millions of flies, it is unthinkable to get food... Dear staff, they tried. The head of the hotel was playing Boss, unfortunately his bravado and lack of judgment were a detriment. He wanted very exorbitant prices for everything, then we were no longer interested and dealt with it without him. Too bad, he could have earned more in the final. This is a secluded and very poor area, you won't meet many friendly and smiling people here. They adjust the rules according to themselves. The volcano does not fall under monuments, so there should not be an exit fee. The locals took it in their own way, and going to the volcano without its guide, paying the entrance fee, etc., is a problem. If you still decide to go on your own, expect aggressive behavior from the locals.

This is my first time staying at a hotel or guess house in Kintamani, and I was told to clean the refrigerator myself, to store the baberque ingredients. Is it because the owner has a lot of money so he doesn't need guests 😁😁🤣🤣

Very welcoming environment, friendly staff, comfortable beds, large shower and hot water, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but nothing unbearable.The outside is beautiful, it gives you a sense of peace and tranquility.As soon as we arrived they offered us a hot welcome drink which is always welcome, they allowed us to use the kitchen in the evening.It is perfect for hiking on Mount Batur, right from there you can go up the path that leads to the panoramic points.

The view in Kintami is good, you can see Mount Batur, it's cold, the bathroom isn't clean. It needs to be cleaner, sir.
