I have booked this place to stay in their dorm room.There were no photos of the actual room anywhere online and once I got there I found out why...the reviews of this place where good I decided to book it despite of no photos. But once I got there I was surprised how bare, basic and just not up to standards the dorm room was.Their private rooms look good online and the outside area was also beautiful with pools and beautiful view. But I couldn't justify paying £7 a night for such space. I have stayed in many hostels now ranging from £4-8 and this was unfortunately the lowest standard I have seen. And considering the price I'd say very expensive for what you get.The people that served me were nice and agreed to refund me.So I think if you stay in their private rooms maybe it's Okey. But I wouldn't recommend the dorm. Also to get there it's a very bumpy and steep road. If you're not confident driver you'll have a hard time.

Hotel with beautiful view. However, the fly invasion which affects the region does not allow you to enjoy the exterior of the hotel and the hot water spring.In the room there are mice, several droppings on the bed, pillows and in the bathroom.In addition, there is no mosquito net, which lets flies into the room….

Superb hotel for hiking Mount Batur. (not much else to do around here one night is enough)-They offer a guide to do the hike (450k) which is really great thank you madeariana (incredible photo, breakfast at sunrise ect)-Hot springs pool-A restaurant also very good and reasonably priced.-Taxi also available at reception because Grabs do not come here.
