I swear the room is really dirty, I said it was full but there was only a small amount of parking for motorbikes... I got the 410th floor, but the AC was broken, the TV wasn't on, the bed was full of pain, the springs felt on my body... The window was also broken and couldn't be closed... the bathroom is dirty, there's no mat, the sink is dirty, I swear the accommodation is really dirty, I don't really regret it

Strange. The receptionist was not friendly at all. The toilet door couldn't be closed, the TV was off, the plug was loose, the cupboard door was broken, the bed was dirty, there were no clothes hangers, there was no doormat. What else are you looking for? Comfort? Totally not recommended

It's cheap but getting a room on the 4th floor is very tiring climbing the stairs. For standard rooms, only the toilet has a lot of equipment that is broken and doesn't work

SCAM!!! Pay double. In the same application at the reception. If the room is good, it's okay, it's dirty, musty, smelly. Used towels that haven't dried have been given!! The mattress has lots of fleas! Is this a hotel or a prison?!

Hotel isn't it, accommodation isn't it! This is the dirtiest and worst place I have ever visited. 250 thousand just to stay in a room that looks like a rat cage! Unfriendly guards, dirty water, smelly mattress!!! Plus the guard just entered the room without permission!

The worst hotel in the world. Still a good cheap boarding house. The toilet doesn't work, the shower water is dead, the room only contains a mattress, no footcloth, no towel, no soap.Basically the most despicable, worst and ugliest hotel I have ever encountered

There was no mat provided in front of the toilet, plus the water was stagnant in the toilet, perhaps from the construction process which was not good enough for the toilet, one towel was given, like it or not, it was used as a mat, the lights in the room were also dim, for room amenities only one small bar of soap was provided. and one towel, for the hotel keeper, the less friendly service could have been better in terms of service, at least smiling to customers for the service. Hopefully in the future it can be even better βΊοΈ Oh, there's only one plug provided, namely the plug for the TV, so if we want to charge it Whether the cellphone wants it or not, the TV plug has to be unplugged, it should be able to provide more plugs, even though I have ordered a superior room facility, I can also get it on the 4th floor, so I'm counting on climbing stairs... π But I'm grateful that there's still a plug, even though there's only one, hopefully it can be better..

Access to the location is difficult, the room on the 4th floor is up the stairs, when you open the room it smells musty, the air conditioner doesn't feel like it, there's no mat, you don't get towels, you don't get drinking water, there are no tissues, there are no sandals, there is no hanger, the shower is leaking, the shower is falling all over, the toilet was clogged, the bathroom water was stagnant, the water came out of the bathroom, the room was noisy, the sound from the next room could be heard clearly.If you have relatives in Balikpapan, it's better to stay at their house, if you don't have one, find a foster sibling first and then stay at their house.Is it difficult to find a foster sibling? It's more difficult to accept the feeling of staying here.

I have booked via the OYO application and it has been successfully paid. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist just said "Sorry we don't accept bookings via the OYO apk" WHAT IS THAT WHAT I PAID? AND THE RECEPTION DOESN'T WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THEY WILL STILL BE GIVEN THE ROOM BECAUSE IF THEY DON'T ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM OYO WHY YOUR HOTEL IS DISPLAYED IN THE APPLICATION, IT'S JUST HARMING CONSUMERS. When I asked anyone to contact the SPV boss, he said "we don't have his number, bro" hahaha ridiculousππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
