Great guest house, the two women are very welcoming and helpful. Their kindness is to be highlighted; we arrived very early in the morning (5 a.m.) and we were able to access a room to rest (even though check-in was at 1 p.m.).Our room was simple and clean, very satisfied when you pay so little. I recommend!

We arrived late afternoon on 04th of November me and my husband after 6 hours bus ride from Pai village desperate for a shower only to find out that there was no hot water NO KIDDING no hot water at all . The room was really hot the fan was very noisy and the area was full of street dogs, it feels really unsafe!

if you're looking for a peaceful place with nice hosts you should come to sukhothai guest house!We just loved this place!!!It has clean bungalows with private bathroom with hot shower, king size bed, terrace, ac.It's quiet, with lots of plants, a nice reception, Wi-Fi, 24h check in.The only thing we missed was the possibility of having breakfast "at home".The hosts are the best! I fell sick and they cared for me, making me lemon-honey drinks, going to the farmacy for me etc.It was a lovely stay!!! Thank you
