try a staycation because the new place is quite nice and strategic, the size of the room is small & NOT SOUNDPROOF (can't sleep quietly because the room next door is noisy with people chatting) but it's clean, can't have breakfast even though the most expensive rate only provides sleeping services. Still use a manual key for the room boarding house. HAVE TO Climb the stairs and park the car which is broken because it has to be parked next to BRI and even then there is a field with people who don't have a security guard. The receptionist is still like an intern, still stiff & not yet flexible in going to customers/guests.with a price rate of 369k, it is EXPENSIVE because you don't get anything compared to the AIQO next door, 225k, including a basic breakfast (bread & noodle soup)

I was satisfied staying at this hotel, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the location was strategic. The internet is fast. Suitable for workers from outside the island who are canvasing in Balikpapan
