The admin (maybe the owner) response by WA was very rude.If you can't organize the language, it's better to stop being an admin, unfortunately the room service there, Mr. Yanto and the others, is still good.

I've stayed here twice, and it's best if you stay behind the board at @riviyuguesthouseThe location is not right in the middle of the city but around the GH location there are places to eat, laundry, kiosks etc. Then access to the city center is also not very farThere is a kitchen, bathroom, AC, cupboard, place to dry towels and clothes, WiFi, Android TV with Netflix and YouTube, so it feels really hommeeeeyyy🌟besides that the price is also very affordable compared to other GHs in Balikpapan and of course it's clean (main) 🥰The management and admin are also fast + friendly👍👍Anyway, next time I go to Balikpapan I will stay at Riviyu GH! ,♥️

The rooms are cool, modern, very worth it for the price, a refrigerator, portable stove is provided, there is a sink, the room is AC & there is also a TV, the view is cool, the parking area is spacious, the guards are friendly, the prices of the food & drinks provided are not expensive, highly recommended guest This house, to put it in, maybe in the future we can add warm water to make it better.

The room is really aesthetic, very clean and tidy, there is a refrigerator and stove. Anyway, it's really full of stars, the location is far from the city but it's really worth it with the view from the roof top. Basically, for a cheap price, you can get an elite room and view

Very highly recommended...The room is clean, the place is not noisy, cool.There's just no glass or hot water for bathing... but it's really good for that price...👍👍
