My little brother had booked a place but when he arrived his room was given to someone else. Automatically, my little brother didn't have a place to rest after coming all the way there from outside the city. 🥲It's true that I haven't paid yet, but that's also because of the BGH side, when I was just about to be paid before I arrived, I was told to pay when I arrived at the location, but ehhh... It's the turn of events to arrive, that's the way it is. There's also no compensation, for example, what kind of help you get? It's as if there hasn't been a "money transaction" but there has been a "promise".Tired of that. It's really nice that other people who are not tired of looking for information, are not tired of asking questions, can find this place. No confirmation first, right? Just to make sure that you might miss something like that?I don't recommend this place for those who want to come to Balikpapan because you have the potential to lose a place to rest (stay overnight) if you only keep the promises of the Belfano Guest House. I suggest you look for another place or have another accommodation backup so that if the BGH management acts like this you won't get tired of having to go around looking for new locations for cases of zonking (false promises)

Guest house can be used daily or monthly, spacious motorbike parking but very limited for cars, position in Halmahera alley close to Sepinggan airport.

The place is comfortable, clean, cool. And it's also cheap, for travelers or backpackers, this is a place that is suitable and fits the budget.However, to get to tourist attractions, it costs money and is a bit troublesome because you have to change public transportation.
