Easily accessible in the middle of the city at an affordable price. It has a smart door, AC and private bathroom complete with water heater. Quiet and comfortable to rest.

First time trying to stay at a Guest House type accommodation in the city of Balikpapan. In terms of price, it is very affordable with a location that I think is also strategic, but the place is slightly tucked into an alley, not next to a major road. With a price that I think is very affordable, the facilities you get also adjust to your budget, so there is more or less. Standard room size, not spacious but not too narrow either. The room layout is also okay, it's just that there are incomplete amenities, such as only 1 towel, drinking glasses are not provided, but there is a water jug, only 1 bar of soap. But then I could ask the receptionist directly for the shortage. So it's okay. Then for cleanliness, I don't know if this is a new or old guest house, but the sheets are not clean and white, so there are brown spots, maybe this could be an idea to make it even cleaner. The AC is quite okay, but it stays cold for quite a long time. Oh yes, the TV remote seems to be broken, so changing the TV channel is quite difficult. For the bathroom, it's quite good, the water is also warm, I like it. Overall I quite like this guest house. Oh yes, the narrow parking lot can accommodate 6 cars, but the keys must be left with the receptionist. So it can be a consideration for those who want to stay here by car.

Cleanliness really needs attention.The mat in the room was very smelly and dirty, the bathroom was dirty, both sides of the room were not clean.The rooms are not too spacious according to the price. But please pay more attention to cleanliness.

The location is not very far from the airport, okay for a short transit, the bed sheets had dirty spots, the bathroom walls were a bit dirty but the floor was dry and clean. There are no TV channels to watch. Everything is appropriate for the price, okay if you just stay for a while.
