The rooms are nice and big and pretty new. Mattresses are comfortable and hot water usually works really well. However there is a lot of noise from the busy road and the employees speak no English and don't try too hard.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and yesterday we checked out. The room is okay and the location is accessible. It is at the corner at the road you want to go to Angel's billabong or Crystal Bay!

Here it is guarded by two employees, namely Iwayan Darma and I Kadek Yasa, the location is very strategic because it is the intersection to the location of the Dinisa Penida tourist attraction. The guards here are very kind, not arrogant and like to save even though they are both full of tattoos.

Unfortunately, we slept very poorly in this accommodation. There is only a kind of small fleece blanket on the bed, which is not comfortable for two people to sleep on. The bathroom looked clean. …

We stayed two nights. After waking up at 5am after our first night we were going to bed early that evening. The staff came to knock on our door at 10pm to ask us to chose our breakfast and tell them what time for it to be ready.After clearly telling them « I don’t know what time, I’ll come down and see you in the morning and we’ll wait for our breakfast » we got woken up the next morning at exactly 7am with our breakfast at the door.People come here on holiday, you’re an accommodation, all I ask for is a clean bed and a good night sleep.If you want to offer free breakfast (which isn’t great here) you give people a time frame, for example 7-10 am where people can come and order. You don’t go waking people up at whatever time you please.And if you’re not sure you understood what your guests said because they can only speak english, you knock once and leave the breakfast at the door when you get no response.Hotel management 101?There’s no hot water, shower has low pressure and our sink didn’t work at all so value for money is very low. They get one star for the comfortable bed.
