The male employees speak well, but there is a woman who seems like the boss. [Must have done this a long time ago] Speak without manners. We had already informed in the morning that we had checked out and returned the key at approximately 9:20 p.m. Called to inquire but used a terrible tone of voice. Very bad. I have never stayed at any hotel in the northern zone with such bad service. The TV signal is not very good, spotty, the balcony has a lot of bird droppings, a lot of dust, quite old. #The mattress is soft and good.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and stylish. At a price of hundreds of baht, it is considered a good value. Big bed, clean room, cool air conditioning, quiet, wide parking space, breakfast included. The most impressive thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly.

The room looked clean and nice. As for the bathroom, there will be quite a lot of limescale stains from the water. Got a room on the 1st floor, quiet room, location is located in a slight alley. Breakfast includes steamed rice + 1 side dish, or you can make your own rice porridge with soup. In addition, there was a piece of fruit, bread with jam, and coffee.

A 3-star fan in Phrae city, quiet, lots of parking, so you have to reserve quickly because it's always full. There is a swimming pool to play in. There is breakfast too.

The bedroom is spacious, the bed is big, but the bathroom is not okay. The faucet has stains. There was water on the floor. In the bathroom there was a smell of a burning hair dryer. Probably went once.

Lovely staff and housekeeper I lost my Chanel glasses and don't know where I lost them. But the staff followed the matter and the housekeeper helped to find it and returned it to me. The room was ok, decorated in a bit of a retro style but clean. The bathroom was satisfactory, the water was strong, the air conditioner was cool, there was plenty of parking, easy to travel. Reasonable price Walk-in costs 650, considered worth it.

We love this place! Returned this year after having stayed here last year. Courteous, friendly service. Amazing breakfast included, with both Thai food and western-style breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice pool and chaise lounges to relax on.

Problems I encountered Let me tell you the story in stages.I drove from Bangkok and arrived around 8 p.m.1. The butt spray is already broken. But fixed it by just plugging it in. When I tried to use it, it fell off just by holding it. Spray water must close the valve. In summary, I called to ask to move rooms.2. The hotel told me to come downstairs and pick up the key myself??? And after moving, take the broken old room key back downstairs??? And that employee went to sleep?????? I'm confused about this. The service here is extremely bad. I don't know if it's an employee or a guard. Tattooed white male teenager dressed in pajamas No inquiries from customers Didn't even come up to look at the new room.3. I carried my bag up to the 3rd floor. The new room smells the same as before. The bedroom condition has been renovated, mixed with old furniture, but the bathroom sanitary ware is very poor. The shower water is not strong. The hot water was on and off. I didn't expect anything like that. But there is no basic service at all. I understand that there may be mistakes in the room. But the way to solve the problem here is considered bad.

You can charge electric cars here for 100 baht for 5 hours. The price is acceptable. If you stay overnight, it's about 200 baht. This price should be acceptable to all electric train users.

The bed is soft, the pillows are flat but good, there are still 4 available. Breakfast is passable. But the bathroom pipe smells very bad. The accommodation room has a broken exhaust fan. There was a smell of excrement filling the room. During the night, the room was a bit cramped. If you don't mind the smell Everything is OK.
