Good accommodation, good service, the owner speaks sweetly and gives good advice.We checked in at almost 11:00 p.m. The owner came out to welcome us.Very good. Recommended. Cheap price. But there may be some old things in the room. But overall it's good.

Personally, I'm not impressed. I have to tell you first that we have a dog with us. There are very few resort options. So we chose this place. The condition of the room is very old, the air conditioner is not cool, the TV cannot be viewed, the water pipe in the bathroom is clogged. There is no bath towel provided. But what is impressive is the service. The owner speaks well and provides good service. The condition of the rooms is old, maybe because of the Covid period. We'll give it a try if it's improved. It's very good. The price is not expensive. The atmosphere is good (if improved). I'm rooting for the resort. Updated and posted about the group of dogs that can stay. There will definitely be a lot of customers. Because there are few places to stay in Sukhothai that welcome dogs.

Walked in to this hotel because i dont have Trip.com app and account. They are not in Agoda nor Booking.com.Was greeted enthusiastically by the owner (i assume) and can speak good english.Reasonable price for a night. The room was clean, bathroom could be better though. Bidet was not working and the lights on the balcony aint working too (the sky was clear that night tho so it was nice to star gaze)Got lost on the way back to this place when i went out that night. If you have car, then its better. If you got motorbike like me, get ready for a few dogs running after you at night on dark roads

The owner is very hospitable. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Lovely breakfast, just enough to fill up.The price is good for you and you can bring your dog to stay with you. Set up Google Maps to go here. Set it to Sukhothai Historical Park first, then set it to come to Baan Rim Klong Resort Otherwise, if Google takes you to the back, it will look lonely. It's actually a resort, just 600 meters from the main road. There's Uncle Latte, a golden retriever, as a public relations person ^^

We liked very much our stay here! Beautiful little houses in a very nice garden! We loved our evenings sitting outside in our yard! The room was cleaned every day and it is only 1,5 km walking distance from the Historical Park! The most important was the kindness and the warm welcome from the owner who is always willing to help you in any way he can, smiling and making you feel like your home! Thank you for having us! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This place is absolutely wonderful. It's quiet, surrounded by peaceful farmland, and yet only a 5 minute bike ride from restaurants and sights. You get your own sparkling clean cabin with a porch and comfy chairs to sit in. The wifi is fast and reliable. There is a fleet of bikes to rent from for 50 baht a day. And the best part? Free breakfast, and 24/7 hot water for coffee/ramen!! The owner is extremely kind and friendly, and his kid is very cute too. We planned on only staying 2 nights here but extended it to 4!! Highly reccommend!
