Perfect location in a quiet area (1 min from the main road and 10 minutes from the port), clean room, host is very friendly and helpful (he arranged snorkeling tour, scooter rent and several boat tickets, everything with a good price), definitely great value for money !

Worst experience and service I ever had in a Hotel.We arrived in the evening at the hotel when they told us they can’t let us check in because it’s to late. On their website they offered a 24/7 check in which obviously wasn’t the case. We paid for the room in advance.As the customer support of Agoda told us the hotel confirmed our check never the less. Now also Agoda goes against them to bring our money back.Furthermore we had to book another Hotel for the night. We had to take their taxi service to bring us to the new hotel. The Taxi cost us a ton of money. The Hotel used our miserable situation due to the late hours and overcharged us completely.Conclusion: Never book a room here.

Be careful when you book here.We booked this place because on Agoda it mentioned a 24-hour front desk and we needed a place that would allow us to check in late (7 pm). When we arrived in time, as we had let them know during our booking, one of the employees told us that we could not check-in, in due to the housekeeper not being there. Although he seemed very sorry he did not seem too concerned with helping us find new accommodation that late on the island. They refused to cancel our booking from their side, even though they were the ones making wrong claims and rejected us when we told them our check-in time in advance. There was no communication before arriving there; they told us we would have to be there earlier.To top everything up they scammed us when they offered us a taxi to the other hotel we then had to book spontaneously and continued to try to sell us different tour packages.They lied to the Agoda staff and informed them that we checked in this morning when we in fact have been staying at a different place since yesterday. We are trying to get a refund but they make it harder on us, stealing our money for no service!

I stayed here for 1 month as a Work From Island, the location is close to the port, only 3 minutes walk, strategic location, close to food vendors, the owner Mr. Rod is very kind and really helped a lot, thank you Mr. Rod.

The location is really close to Banjar Nyuh Harbor.Such a bargain price, very clean room, warm owner and also close to night food.One thing to consider is the water that tastes a bit salty.
