The rooms are clean, spacious, inexpensive, including breakfast. You can pay the bill. The owner is very kind. Very natural atmosphere There's also a rooftop. If you go to Phrae, I'd like to recommend you to stop by. Set breakfast The twin room was nice. The parking lot is spacious. Very convenient. There are lots of cute corners to take photos.

Reserve accommodation through Agoda for a very cheap price of less than 400 baht and then reserve another room with the hotel for 600.- (it's already dark when you arrive). The room price includes breakfast. The rooms can also go up to see the view from the top. Inside the room is spacious. But the cleaning is not very neat. And most importantly, they said there was Wifi, but the signal didn't reach the room. My child took his laptop with him and couldn't work.

Whoever is thinking of booking, make a good decision. The booking system and customer care are difficult. We made a reservation about 2 weeks in advance, but the accommodation reserved a double room. Notified us that we had to stay at 3:00 p.m., which is December 30th. Finding a new place to stay is quite difficult. (The accommodation apologizes. and refund the reservation money) But for us, it's bad. There should be better management than this. If you notify us in advance Or are you anxious to inform customers more?

The room is clean and new. The owner has very good service. It is in Song District, Phrae Province. There is breakfast or if you come in the evening you can order at the resort. I recommend contacting the owner himself to get a special price.

I really like it. The room is very clean. With the service of the staff, they serve like we are family members. Beautiful location with a view of the river, gooseberry, and rice fields. There will definitely be a chance to stay again.

The hotel is quite old. There is still an original bathtub and wall mounted shower but the hot water system works well. The room is quite clean, no musty smell, sleep well.

The resort is quiet and not chaotic. Atmosphere 10/10, clean bedroom, clean bathroom, breakfast included, complete amenities. The host is kind. There is a bathtub with a view as well (I really like this. )Next time I come up north, I will come to stay again. My daughter likes it very much.

A small resort in Song District, Phrae Province. There are only 5 houses. The owner takes care of it himself. Very impressed with both the accommodation and service. But it's suitable for people who like quiet. Or really come to relax with nature. Because there aren't any entertainment places around. Next to the waterfront, Rim Yom Another thing I like is You can bring your dog to stay as well.

Next time I go I will definitely stay here."The room is very beautiful. Separate and private Don't be afraid to hear the noise of the next room. Beautiful view, next to the Yom River and rice fields. The atmosphere is very good, the weather is good, everything in the room is clean. Plus there is a hair dryer provided. Breakfast is very delicious. The owner of the resort is very cute and attentive to customers. and extremely professional Very admirable. In the evening there was pork krato. and drinks too You don't have to go anywhere far. The location requires driving about 60 kilometers from Phrae city, without having to enter the district. Use the main road, 4 lane road, it will be very convenient. (We got lost in the district) I like everything if I go to Chiang Rai. I will definitely go to stay here first.

Loved the peaceful and serene place. Loving the porridge breakfast and I noticed much later the following day that they actually have mookata (was very tired when reached and didn’t see the menu on the table) will definitely come back again. Attached of photo of host’s mum who attended to us.

Good atmosphere, lovely owner, new room, good value for money, has breakfast along the Yom River, just a short drive from the main road 🥰🥰🥰
