Bed linen and towels were dirty and there was no mosquito net on the bed. TV very obviously broken (pothole, large crack) someone wanted to come to “repair” it but that didn’t happen. Employees speak poor English, transfer service absolutely overpriced. It's very noisy, every step, every word of the neighbors can be heard, BUT by far the worst were the calls to prayer from the mosque. We didn't get a full night's sleep, either because we were woken up by prayer around 5 a.m. or because of inconsiderate guests who were chatting loudly outside for half the night. The breakfast after such a night was also bad. Never experienced anything like this - we regret booking this “resort”!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the air conditioner in my room.On the night of September 13th, I discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Despite raising this issue, the problem persisted. On September 14th, I was informed that the issue had been addressed, but the air conditioner continued to malfunction.Furthermore, I was assured that a person in charge would come to discuss the matter on September 15th. However, I was informed that this individual was off duty that day, leaving me with no solution.This ongoing problem and the lack of effective communication have left me quite disappointed. I am scheduled to leave on September 17th, and it seems unlikely that this issue will be resolved before then.Hahaahaha really poor management .

Nice view, good service and the staffs are verry helpfull... maybe if any 24 hours bar will be perfeect😄. And nusa penida is always wonderfull will come again with my family... overall everythings is wonderfull... cant wait to come again🙏🏻

Amazing Hospitality and ServiceI had a wonderful stay at the Star Semabu Hotel in Bali. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made my experience truly memorable. A special shoutout to Darma, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay in Bali.

I arrived in Nusa Pendida ill and Semabu checked us in early, Rooms clean with many amenities not seen elsewhere in Bali, staff very friendly, breakfast at 7 am which allowed for our early tours and boat schedules. Food had many choices and service was quick and all homemade
