Villa Vilah

I went here spontaneously and I'm excited! Beautiful place, bed and shower great! Air conditioning, welcome drink. Out of about 20 cabins, only 3 were occupied, so peace of mind. The pool was nice, we had free Coke, sprite and water in the fridge. I would definitely come back here ❤️

Such a fantastic place to stay. New hotel, staff is very helpful. AC works great. Good pavement road connection to the main street with lots of restaurants. Very comfortable beds. 5 stars without a doubt.

I have never seen such a well-maintained facility!

We came here spontaneously and were picked up directly from the ferry by the hotel driver. The whole team is extremely friendly, everyone smiles and is committed. The complex is quite new, very clean and the bungalows are really comfortable to live in. The garden and pool area were beautifully landscaped, you have a wonderful view of the sunset from the pool. We give it 5 stars and a big recommendation for Villa Vilah.

1 night on September 24 my son and I each have a room, charming place I liked the room as well as my son spacious high quality bedding every comfort, bathroom outside open to the sky 1st experience we liked, the reception by the nice couple, the scouter's request was made at the minute, we visited the whole area, great walk.

The property is amazing and beautiful.... You get chill vibes at the place . Care takers are also very generous. However, the property is at height and the road to the place is very risky. Indian restaurants are only 2.5 km from this hotel which is a plus thing.We fell from scooty while going through that way at night. So if you wanna stay at this place be careful of the roads. However, nusa Penida does have tricky roads.Only bad thing about this place was the location rest all is super cool.

Let me start by saying that the small resort, family-run by two spouses, is enchanting, the photos are faithful to reality: beautiful swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the well-kept garden, large and very comfortable rooms in Balinese style. Excellent cleanliness. Acceptable breakfast (very good fruit). We rented a scooter on site which was provided to us in two minutes. Location detached from beaches, restaurants and services at least 4 km away, a means of transport is required. Some factors that weighed on the score were, in my opinion, essential for the quality of the stay: 1) we slept very badly due to the presence of roosters and dogs that crowed and barked from night to morning, to which were also added some bongos playing dawn of the last day (a nightmare), 2) the shower had just enough hot water for two showers (I don't know if this applies to the whole island though), 3) through the managers we used the laundry service which however is external and upon payment we realized that the cost was exorbitant compared to the prices we had seen around... they certainly undercut us... without telling us first though. 4) at the end of our stay we asked for a transfer to the port and we were accompanied by the owner of the hotel who also made us pay a much higher price than many taxis taken during our holiday there (NB. the distance was about 7 km) ...being paying guests of the structure we expected treatment, if not favourable, at least honest...among other things we didn't have the precise cash money (the sum wasn't even round) and he didn't have change , but in any case he didn't give up even a cent... first he proposed to go and change it (!) and when we refused (we also had the ferry leaving) he began to mercifully handle the money in order to adapt his change to ours. Not only that...instead of taking us in front of the pier, where there was a coming and going of taxis, to avoid traffic he left us on the parallel road...we had to walk on the sand 300 meters under the sun and with a trolley and bags (!!!)... Speechless. If upon our arrival at the resort we were very happy with the place and the management, unfortunately these facts and behaviors made us change our minds, customers are not treated like that... like slot machines... and unfortunately this was the impression , they were only kind as long as they had something to gain from it. Bad behavior.

Nice, small complex with bungalows/huts. The best thing was the friendly service from the hosts.

This accommodation is very clean and new. The staff is very helpful and really extremely friendly. We really liked the complex with pool. Unfortunately the location is a little outside. However, it is very easy to rent a scooter on site. The staff is very helpful and is always available to answer any questions. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Arrived and immediately felt comfortable! Super nice, always helpful hosts, a paradisiacal property with small Balinese houses around the pool and the well-kept garden. Everything very clean. The outdoor bathroom is crazy, especially at night under the incredible starry sky. Clear recommendation!
