My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room had a strong odor from humidity, and I even discovered a cockroach in the bed. The towels were also dirty. The staff was deceitful when it came to renting scooters—initially offering them, then suddenly claiming they were all unavailable, even going as far as telling a neighboring rental not to rent to us. At checkout, we were wrongly accused of using items from the minibar, which we hadn’t touched. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and switched off after 10 PM. I would not recommend staying here.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell due to humidity, and I even found a cockroach in the bed. The towels were not clean. Additionally, the staff was dishonest about scooter rentals. Initially, they showed us scooters, but moments later claimed they were all rented, and even instructed a nearby rental place not to rent to us. Upon checkout, they falsely charged us for minibar items we did not consume. To top it off, the Wi-Fi quality was poor and was turned off after 10 PM. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

A very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit noisy, but they are spacious, bright and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. You can even see the sea from the pool!It's not far to the harbor (about 10-15 minutes by car). You can also rent a scooter for little money.There are some restaurants nearby.

Very dirty hotel, everything smelled. Beds were dirty. Towels were dirty. I immediately asked for my money and booked another hotel.

The food was okay, but the service was very poor. One person had not received his food at all and another had not received anything to drink. Both were on the bill. In addition, they were also very rude while serving and did not ask if we wanted another drink/dessert. The rest of the rooms were fine, it's just a shame that the WiFi barely worked at all.

We planned to stay in this hotel for 3 nights , but in the end we decided to leave one day earlier. The structure is not that bad , but we would not go back there. First of all , the housekeepers start early in the morning around 7.30 and they are very very noisy, by chatting loudly and dragging chairs on the floor every day (look at the video).One day I asked them to be quiet, but apparently they didn't understand. Also, it's easy to hear the traffic from the street. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the restaurant.

Hotel a stone's throw from the port, strategic position. But alas there are problems, the staff who make a mess in the morning from 7.30 and it is not possible to sleep because they were laughing and joking with the radios, another flaw is the wifi which does not work at all and lastly the staff does not understand English well .

Poor👎Especially bad👎The hotel front desk cannot provide 24-hour service! I couldn't be reached by phone, and the front desk was dark and empty. Hot shower problem: only cold water, no hot water. How can I make people feel comfortable? When I contacted the staff, they were not professional enough and could not solve the problem at all.Bugs: Very dense and large numbers of bugs appear on beds, floors, and everywhere. I tried to contact the front desk, but no one answered or replied. Sleep safety cannot be guaranteed. Travelers have developed allergies and inflammation. Your health is at risk! Such a hotel can be said to be of five-star standard. 👎

We had a great stay at Grand Yuna. Great service, scooter rental for 100k per day and very tasty restaurant with good prices and great views. The location is great and you are 2km from the harbor. Unfortunately, I had forgotten a few clothes in the hotel room and the staff did everything to ensure that I got the things delivered to Bali in time before my journey home to Germany. A big thank you here too!! All in all, we would recommend the hotel to everyone and come back again and again.

I went with my wife on our honeymoon and we were delighted. The hotel is new and is designed as a 5-star place, although they still have some details to polish.Watching the sun set over the pool is a luxury and the breakfasts are good (without being excessive, yes, the usual tonic in Bali. I recommend the avocado toast.The staff is charming and helps you with everything you need.As for improvements, the room doors should be fixed since it is super difficult to close them. On the other hand, the bathroom had a hole in the wall, in front of the shower, where water fell all the time, making it always very humid.The general mood we saw was almost all couples, so if you are going for another party plan, it may not be your place.Even so, we would definitely return, since the goodness more than compensates for these details.

I was glad to get a room here last minute even though it was sold out online after arriving at my other accommodation booked in advance through Agoda and found it not to my liking in both cleanliness and location.This hotel seems to be newer and cleaner. Also conveniently located right on the main road. Only issues are that you can hear road noises (but not late at night obviously) and the sliding doors for all rooms don’t seem to slide/close easily. On top of that, a certain group of tourists, who are from a notoriously rude country, was talking so loud until almost midnight. They must have not been educated to respect others as we’ve all heard.Breakfasts, included with the room rate, are lovely and has good selection. Staff very helpful and friendly, too.There is a warung across the street (part of a homestay) with limited food choices, and a convenience store (also run by the homestay, with expensive prices). Otherwise, you’ll have to go to harbor area for everything, and the road is NOT very walkable. Better to hire a scooter from hotel and go before dark, since there are sections of road that’s winding and lack of street lights.
