When we arrived we waited 30 minutes before someone came to greet us. First a teenage girl then a lady arrived who didn't speak English and didn't really know who we were and how long we were staying.The price of scooter rental announced on booking of 85,000 rupees is in reality 100,000 rupees/day be careful!When we leave, after having had our breakfast, the lady shows us an "invoice" for 1,188,000 rupees for the stay + breakfast.We inform the lady that we have paid for the entire stay + breakfasts when booking. We show all proof of emails, receipts and bank debits.And from there begins a test!She calls another person who herself calls yet another person. Finally a woman arrives without introducing herself, informs us that we now have to pay the amount in cash.We explain again and again but the 4 people in front of us plus a person on the phone who comes out of nowhere insists that we pay.I inform the woman that she has a booking number as a professional to resolve this type of situation and she replies "maybe, you just have to call booking".My partner is trying as best he can to deal with the man on the phone who orders us to pay the establishment in cash.After 35 minutes of debating and seeing that no one is moving to move the situation forward we decide to raise the tone, we end up convincing them to call booking. Suddenly the woman gets up and tells us "okay is good" without any explanation.This story lasted almost 45 minutes, thanks to the driver from the other hotel for waiting for us while watching the scene.

Very friendly owners, we received a very warm welcome, really cute cottage. It has its own restaurant right next to it. I can only recommend it. I deducted one star because there is still a lot of construction work and rubble around it and nothing is finished yet and it seems to me that the cottages have been completely rebuilt. Our bathroom was completely redone, which was good, but there was still construction dirt everywhere on the tiles, the toilet, and the fittings. The toilet even had this seal on it. Maybe they should have cleaned it thoroughly after construction.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The room was very comfortable, featuring a desk and a king-size bed. The bathroom had hot water and bungalows view of the nature. It's about a 7-9 minute drive from the port, also Crystal and Gamat Bays are nearby, which perfect for snorkeling. The room rate includes breakfast—be sure to try the banana pancake! The staff (a lovely family) were incredibly friendly, kind, and caring. They even gave us fresh fruits. When we were heading to the port, they helped carry our belongings at no charge. We are very grateful to this wonderful family and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I liked everything about this hotel. No rave, just a good hotel. The reviews write about noise, I didn’t notice it - only in the bathroom in the evening could I hear the neighbors, but this is not a problem. You can choose breakfast, it is included in the priceOf the minuses:- hot water runs out quickly-one towel per person is provided. Are you supposed to dry your feet and face with the same towel?-there is some kind of sensor installed in the lamp, and if you turn off the light, then once every 10 seconds this sensor blinks very brightly. Directly very bright - you can see the light blinking with your eyes closed. It was difficult to sleep
