I have stayed at this place for almost 4 days. The people who take care of the property are good and friendly and will help you with what you ask for. But they didn't take care of cleaning the room. Rooms were dirty and even the pool wasn't cleaned.

When we arrived it seemed like the place was abandoned, weeds everywhere, everything a little destroyed. The first night we couldn't even sleep because of the invasion we had of all kinds of insects, until we had to show Coman the room because you couldn't live in those conditions, luckily there was an empty bungalow and they moved us and thank goodness because I wouldn't have spent another night like that. They did not want to compensate us for the inconvenience caused, the girls there did not stop laughing at us when we explained the situation to them. It is the worst hotel we have ever been to. The only good thing was their breakfasts, which were good. I do not recommend this hotel at all unless they take things seriously and keep the hotel in better condition and provide good customer service.As for the motorcycles, they gave me a broken helmet the next day, I complained about it and they gave me another broken one again, laughing at my complete safety in a country that is so conflictive in terms of road safety.

The worst accommodation I have ever been in. Everything is in a state of abandonment. One of the Bungalows had an ant invasion. There is a cat in the facilities that seems to be possessed, it even gets into the rooms. We had to talk to Booking and the girl in charge of the place started cleaning in a very bad way. She's rude, she laughed at us like crazy. We rented 2 motorcycles and one was without mirrors, the helmets could not be fastened. A nonsense. DO NOT STAY HERE.

DANGER! Half an hour before arrival, one of two rooms was canceled, so four of us were forced to sleep in one room. We also have a scooter with onePlates were preserved, which was simply life-threatening. To top it all off, we were robbed in the hotel; sunglasses and a perfume worth over €300 were stolen. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no understanding or accommodation. An absolutely terrible and disappointing stay. Definitely not recommended!!!

Perfect.Rooms were very nice with good A.C and nice bathroom with warm shower. The lovely staff wake you up with breakfast every morning which is awesome. The bungalows are a 4 minute scooter ride from the centre which is great. The staff offer scooter hire for 80,000 per day (£4) which is very cheap. Aswell they let us check out at 2pm because we had a early morning snorkelling tour and this was at no extra cost.JUST PERFECT!!!

Everything is fine but the fact that you can't sleep. Big avenue just next to it and since early. Also there was a construction next to it. impossible. If you can take earplug with you, it is a MUST.

We are going for 2 nights for 4 people. Spacious accommodation, very pretty, the garden is just incredible with this swimming pool at the foot of the bungalows.The rooms are cleaned every day. Obviously compared to the European standard on cleaning it has a few small points to review but overall it is clean, for our part we found the bedding, toilet, shower, bathroom in very good condition.Breakfast is good banana pancake, watermelon juice and Balinese coffee. Several choices are available to you.The entrance to the hotel is accessible by road but there are a few steps to go down to get to the bungalows

It’s a good option if you want to save some money, but the room it wasn’t very clean specially down the bed. The bathroom drain is somewhat clogged and it takes time for the water to drain. The pool is very nice and has nice water. Yes breakfast is basic but good.

The service is friendly and the breakfasts are really tasty. The room is ok although a bit dark.Unfortunately, the bathroom is terribly dirty, I have the impression that it is not cleaned at all.

This place is extremely nice, the hosts Komang and Dewi were very kind and made sure that I didn't need anything the whole time, they recommended many places to visit and many activities, they rented me a scooter which was fantastic because I was able to get around everywhere and that makes your visit to Nusa Penida easier, I am completely happy and grateful for these two girls!

I found an excellent deal here on Booking so I spent 3 nights. It's close to the town center where there's good restaurants and the entire place is great. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable, the AC was cold and the shower had steaming hot water. I'd certainly recommend this place!
