Horrible experience! Photos do not match the current situation of the space. Everything old, dirty and in need of renovation. AC covered in mold, curtains with mold, bathroom with mold and dust. …

Don't fall for this deception like we did. The photos in the ad do not correspond to reality, I think they must be from 10 years ago, in need of cleaning and maintenance in all parts. It is written that the Dinar Hills space is 2 stars but it should not contain any stars, as this is fake news.Bathroom with leaks in the ceiling, already damaged, without any ventilation. Very strong smell of mold and humidity, especially in the shower where it is decorated with stones, which appear to have never been removed and washed/sanitised properly. When turning on the AC the musty smell was so strong that it filled the room. After 3 days we stopped using it, we tried sleeping with a fan but it still didn't improve.Although the space is beautiful and peaceful, with a kind team, all of this compromised our health and our stay in Bali.My wife and I got sick right after the first night. I have heavier and more serious allergy symptoms. We left the place with 2 nights still booked, we explained the situation to the team but they not only did not reimburse us, they also claimed that we were lying. In the middle of this resolution, while we were looking for a new hotel, they already entered the room to clean and rent it to new guests. In other words, in addition to the money we paid for and didn't use, they also made a profit from new guests and we incurred 2 losses.I'm leaving a star but if possible I wouldn't leave any. This passage through Dinnar Hills is very frustrating, I don't recommend it to anyone. The only good part was Ikade's politeness, who was friendly and tried to help at the beginning. But in the end they simply ignored it, stopped communicating and so far nothing.Furthermore, the Agoda platform where we booked is horrible, 0 support, 0 customer communication, don't use it!

At Dinar Hills Ungasan we had a double room with a terrace, AC, fresh bed linen and fresh towels, a kettle and two 0.5l bottles. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, a toilet next to it and a sink opposite. Overall, it was spacious but very run down, so it smelled very musty and like sewage. The room itself was large, but also a bit run down. We also had uninvited guests like Cruella de Vil, the large woodlice and some Dante geckos. The room wasn't cleaned once during our stay. We only got toilet paper upon request. However, the pool area was cleared of leaves every day.The owner of the complex was very helpful and friendly, ordered a ride twice to come to Uluwatu once and get to the port on the day of departure. Since the area is very isolated, you can hardly order any grabs via the app. Accordingly, there are only a few restaurants that also prepare dishes for vegetarians. Nearby we recommend Amami, a 15-minute walk away by bus. This only has veggie/vegan dishes. Opposite there is the Pepitos supermarket, which is a paradise.

Pleasant hotel a little far from everything which makes it quiet, the pool was green I didn't go and no time to enjoy it, the room is spacious and clean, I stayed 2 days no service cleaning for 2 days the only negative point even if for me it is not very serious the TV does not have a remote control I downloaded the TV application and I was able to lower the sound and change the channel I paid 17 euros per night with agoda vip platinum

Really a nice little hotel with 6 rooms. A super nice garden in the middle, beautifully planted, quiet. There is a shared kitchen with a free water dispenser. The bed was great, the room was big. We really enjoyed our 4 nights here, found it really nice, the staff was nice and yet unobtrusive but if something was wrong, Lucy and the team were there. Scooters could be rented. A small place with coffee warungs and also a large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Nevertheless, it's not in the middle of things, the beaches in the west (Dreamland, Thomas, etc.) are a 20-30 minute drive. The nearest beach is right down the street, less than 2 minutes by scooter. The hotel is certainly by no means perfect, it could use some renovation here and there, that's for sure. Nevertheless, everything worked out for us and we felt very comfortable.Great time, I can definitely recommend it. We had booked the standard room, I think there are 3 classes. If it helped, please click the helpful button.
