One of those rare cases when a home was created for oneself, but under the pressure of circumstances it began to be rented out.Within one yard there is a large master’s house with two bedrooms (one is for rent, the other is where the owner Anni lives), a guest house (with full infrastructure), a shed-garage with a room for emergencies (Anni moves there if she has to rent out her bedroom as well) .And a swimming pool. And a small garden with lime, guava and a dozen other plants.I rented a separate house, which I simply fell in love with from the first step: it has everything. This is a house that was made and landscaped and furnished for oneself, and not for guests. Therefore, you immediately understand that you are at home, not visiting, and you are not a stranger here at all. You won’t have to buy anything; the cabinets are filled with useful appliances and utensils.Everything is cozy, perfectly clean and tidy. The house is amazing! Annie takes care of the housework herself. She mows the lawn, takes care of the garden and cleans the pool herself. She washes your clothes herself, prepares breakfast, she is an incredibly polite and hardworking woman.I read previous reviews and was surprised at how her hospitality was praised. Now I subscribe to every kind word - this man made my two days of vacation in Lovina an invaluable positive life experience. In addition to accommodation, Annie can take you wherever you need to go by car (this is already a paid service, but it’s logical), and she’s also a fan of trekking and knows local attractions very well. Your personal guide, cook, driver and landlord all rolled into one. An incredible woman. The place where the house is located is quiet, three minutes walk to the sea. The nearest minimarket is five minutes by scooter or car. The center of Lovina is also no more than five minutes away. The area is closed with a large gate, cars and scooters are always locked. The most luxurious option, I highly recommend it for a family long-stay.Update: after the end of my reservation in Munggu, I moved to Lovina and have been living here for the third month. True, not in the house, but in the room of the main house - it is cheaper. I don't regret my choice for a second.
