SCAM❗️❗️❗️Don't book that villa if you don’t want to get into trouble like we did.We booked this villa on Airbnb, paid 100% for 2 nights, and the owner confirmed that the villa was ready. We drove to Lovina from Uluwatu, and when we arrived at the villa, the host said that check-in was until 11 PM and we arrived too late (it was 11:26 PM). She then stopped replying to any of our calls and messages. The next day, we texted the host again (since the villa was prepaid for 2 nights), but she just said that the villa was unavailable and stopped replying altogether. We reported this to Airbnb, but we still can’t get back our money for the 2 nights. As a result, we were looking for a new place in the middle of the night in LovinaPsand host sees all the screenshots with their own numbers, chats in Airbnb, our pictures of the villa when we were there and still denies it in comments below…One more reason to avoid this place

They ruined our vacation, when we arrived at the villa we paid for for two days, they said that it was already late and therefore they would not check us in, although we paid for two nights and it was only eleven in the evening. and they simply stopped answering our calls, when we wrote to them on the second day they said that the villa was not ready and also stopped answering the phone - as a result, they did not return the money for full payment for two nights and are now trying to get it from AirbnbUntil the moment of check-in, everything was going fine - we corresponded politely and nothing foreshadowed such a development of events

really nice location. very close to the beach and the center. the owner Nico is very friendly and precise, regarding: the cleanliness of the entire villa, starting from the garden, to the swimming pool and the internal space. really nothing is missing, just like being at home. I highly recommend everyone to stop at least a few days in this splendid villa. thanks again for everything nico, see you soon 🙏

The owner comes by several times a day. It seems like he's trying to control you. He comes by around 7 in the morning with the pool boy to clean the pool. He then indicates that he has to keep an eye on the boy, but he is actually just giving orders to that poor boy. They are busy for about 2 hours, which makes it impossible to sleep in. When you want to have breakfast, the owner just walks around and always starts a conversation. So you can't get a quiet morning. Around 5 o'clock the pool boy and owner comes by again, and the 2 o'clock routine happens again. If you leave during the day and return in the afternoon, be careful not to wear a bikini because the owner will come by again. It's uncomfortable to walk around in your bikini while the owner is there all the time. All he does is give orders to the pool boy, walk around and watch us, our series, etc. It is a pricey villa where you can hardly relax. I think there are nicer villas for a better price ratio in Bali. There is also a scary dog in the neighborhood that attacks you, so we climbed over the fence once and raced inside twice. You can also hear the dog barking all night long. And finally, it was agreed that you must check out at 11 am and this was also discussed with the owner, and then the cleaning lady came at 10 am, so we had to leave earlier.

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nico is a helpful and precise host and has 2 very friendly and helpful staff. The Villa is immaculate and I liked being away from the main touristy areas. (it’s a bit far to walk to the beach etc, but everyone uses scooters here).

assalamualaikum... anyone who reads this review please pay attention. Remembering that dozens of calls have been made to the number listed on the board at Anna's villa... that number has changed hands. Maybe from the XL provider. I don't know. What is clear is that the telephone number is currently my telephone number... I got it from the counter. So I hope the board with that number on it will be taken down soon. either by the management or anyone who reads this review who is in that area. Because so many people call WA and ask about Villa Anna... so I just feel sorry for those tourists who are looking for accommodation and find it difficult to contact the management. Hopefully this review can be read by Villa Anna. Thank You. Wassalam.
