The hotel is absolutely perfect. Quiet, close to the historic heart, everything is doable on foot or by bike. We had a huge and very clean 3 bedroom, with a terrace. The host is adorable and takes great care to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Special mention for the high quality breakfast served every morning on the terrace. It was perfect !

Wonderful place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helped us get a taxi to the airport. They also have bikes you can use to ride into town. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great value.

Functionally furnished, clean rooms in a great location. Good and quiet air conditioning and fridge, good WiFi. Large bathroom with lots of toiletries. Free welcome water. Earplugs were not necessary, it was very quiet at night. You can rent bikes for free, they were ok. Some things in the guesthouse could be made more attractive and loving. Defective light bulbs should be replaced and warm light should be used instead of cold light. We missed plants on the terrace and a more well-kept garden. We would have been happy with cushions for seating outside and a fresh coffee for breakfast. When we left, a transport service was ordered for us to the bus station. However, that wouldn't have been necessary because the bus to Chiang Mai stops not far from the guesthouse and we could have gotten on there. We generally received friendly service and can recommend the accommodation for one night.

Perfect for your stay in SukothaiThe good:We came from Ayutthaya by car and we arrived at 0:30 and the owner waited for us until that time (very late for Thailand). He treated us very well. The next day he brought us breakfast to the room with generous food and everything very delicious. Definitely a good place to go to Sukothai.What could be improved:The GPS tells you that it is on the back street and getting there at night can be complicated. It's not his fault though.

Absolutely wonderful room, breakfast, and location and our host Usa was super nice. About a 5 minute walk to 7-11, coffee, and the market. About a 10 minute walk to Wat Mahathat and bike rental.Highlight for me was the patio with plenty of greenery between rooms where we ate breakfast and had coffee and relaxed after walking around Old Sukhothai.
