The room fits according to the price. There is a double bed, fan 400 baht, air conditioner 600 baht, bathroom walls not up to the ceiling. The smell of poop can be smelled all over the room, but it's good there's an exhaust fan. The room size is approximately 4*3 m. There is no TV, no refrigerator, there is wifi, there is water and coffee provided by yourself. If you use the air conditioner, the fan won't turn on.

After a somewhat complicated welcome (not the most pleasant), we got our small room, which was quite sufficient for a short night in backpacker mode because the ultimate advantage of this guesthouse is its location: just opposite the entrance to the site. historical. You can rent a bike there for 30 baht. This address will allow you to be on the site from the opening at 6:30 a.m. and to take advantage of it before the tourist buses arrive around 8:30 a.m.

The address and location are very good, right next to the park. It has been opened for a long time and the room facilities are slightly outdated. It should be noted that the air-conditioned room is 600 baht and the fan room is 400 baht. However, there are basically no air-conditioned houses in Thailand. For us It is very difficult to fall asleep, so when making a reservation, you have to worry about the cleanliness of the room. The lady boss is also very nice and there is a parking space. It is recommended.

One of the cheapest places you can go to in old town. Right by the historical park. You can rent a bike from them for 30 baht. Private room with toilet, shower, and bed with a good fan. Towels, water, and soap included, as well as decent wifi. Ladies very nice and helpful. They helped me find where to do my laundry and get a bus ticket to chiang mai. The daughter speaks English and the other ladies are very sweet (I did not find them rude like the other reviews say!). Obviously not a resort or fancy hotel, but you get what you pay for! I would definitely recommend.

So disappointed with this establishment. Small double room. Window open on a wall so no light. The bed is not comfortable, the cushions are hard, the fitted sheet is dirty and there are no other sheets apart from a small blanket. The shower and toilet are in the same room but it is very narrow. Sometimes there are smelly odors that come up. Fan available, no air conditioning. The ladies at reception are not very welcoming, they do not speak English. They speak very loudly from the morning and late at night, you can hear everything from the room. At reception they turn on the TV sound very loudly until late in the evening. They take a photo of your passport but we don't know why and especially if they keep the photos on their phones?? Positive points: location and WIFI.

Perfect location for visiting the historic park, the main entrance is not even 50 meters away.Kind staff and possibility of late check-in.The room was spacious and very clean. Yes it smells a little damp and there were a few holes in the sheets but for €5 per night per person, you can't find better.7/11 right next door, bus station too, I recommend and I will come back without hesitation.However, I did not rent a bike so I cannot give my opinion on this point.

The Gusethouse colluded with the bicycle rental shop next to it to deceive customers. After I called the tourist police, they refunded my bicycle rental fee. The two old Thai women were very cruel and hoped that no one would continue to patronize their shop!

When we arrived the bed sheets and the room were dirty. The room smelled like drain/toilet. We then asked for a new sheet and cleaning. When we got back to the room late in the evening, the sheets were new, but they still smelled a bit and were cleaner. We slept badly. The next day we changed rooms despite the owner's reassurances.

For the Loy Krathong Festival in November, the payment and confirmation of the accommodation was completed in July, but at the end of October the order was forced to be canceled and refunded on the grounds that the room was full. It was very bad!

You can't be better placed in Sukhothai: park entrance, restaurants, 7-Eleven, bus station to Chiang Mai... everything is just a stone's throw away!Clean and very decent room, welcoming staff. Excellent quality/price ratio

The reservation said that we had air conditioning. When we arrived they told us that to have a room with air we had to pay more...Even though we were alone in the hotel, they gave us a room next to a kitchen, so at 8am the noise started and there was a lot of smell of frying. If we had the window closed it was impossible to breathe because of the humidity, and if we had it open, it was impossible to breathe because of the smell of frying...The only thing I save is the location. The rest a disaster...
