Ample parking, asked to exchange rooms because the room was noisy from construction and the reason was not clear, here I wanted to go on holiday but instead I heard the sound of construction. You have to ask for tissue first.

The reason is that the room smells of cigarettes even though it's not smoking, there's no proof either, as a result the deposit is being held, the reception is holding it, pretending to want money🤣 All deposits can't be transferred, you have to have cash again, the salary isn't enough, how can you find the money like that, hahaha

The location is strategic, near the Botani Garden, culinary delights at Suryakencana and the location environment is also good for walking.The room is normal for accommodation at that price. The reception and security are responsive

I do recommend their Deluxe room, it might be more expensive but the room quality is 1000 times better than the Superior.You don't have to log in for the Netflix, the internet connection in Deluxe room works well, while in the Superior room, I can't even connect at all.The concierge service is okay, you can contact them by WhatsApp.

the employees are unprofessional, like thugs, when asking for an invoice, the employees don't know what an invoice is. ordered a room with an extra bed, only 2 towels. Didn't get breakfast.

1. The name of the address does not match the point, it says Surya Kencana even though the point is Central Bogor Warehouse. Turned around 3 times because he was directed to the alley. Night position2. The AC is leaking so it is covered in a trash can so it doesn't flood3. The water is not smooth, you have to use a dipper4. Fined because the room smelled of cigarettes, even though from the start I had ordered a room in the smoking area5. The receptionist is not informative6. Room facilities are very minimal7. Bad wifiConclusion: This hotel is only suitable for pedestrians because for vehicle users access is difficult
