hotel in the middle of the city with a villa concept and a mini waterpak. It's really comfortable to stay here, even though it's in the middle of the city but it's not noisy, it's close to a minimarket, just walk, if you want to find something to eat, there are lots of restaurants nearby. ordered the deluxe king type but got a free upgrade to the sanggabuana villa type, I'm really happy. The bathroom is clean, the amenities are complete, the admin responds very quickly, the receptionist is friendly and doesn't take long to wait to check in. The service is good, the breakfast menu is quite delicious, I would suggest that you give a small mat to the bathroom, and the children's swimming pool seems to need to be cleaned more often because there are lots of dry leaves. the rest is really good, next time I want to come back and stay at Azana 🫶

Visiting time: 4 - 5 oct'24 (mezzanine suite)Some notes from us...1. Strategic location, city center, area around lots of restaurants & near minimarkets2. Unique room layout, triangular shape3. Comfortable room, cold AC, smart TV4. The staff are friendly & helpful5. There are not many rooms so it's not too crowded6. Room cleanliness is a bit lacking, especially on the stairs. The cleanliness of the swimming pool must also be given more attention7. There are lots of wooden elements in the rooms, so you have to be extra careful when going up and down the stairs, especially for the elderly or those with small, active children.8. When we visited, we were only given 1 tea, 1 coffee, 2 sachets of sugar. For toiletries, only 1 toothbrush, 1 sanitary bag, 1 sleeper (no shower cap). Please review again considering that the room we stayed in was a mezzanine suite and had capacity for 2 people9. Main breakfast menu: white rice, fried noodles, 1 side dish & 1 vegetable. Apart from that, there are also puddings, drinking water, bread, bakwan, & fruit. There is no egg station. Additional breakfast fee for children aged 5 - 10 years: 65 thousand, adults 100 thousand. Quite expensive compared to the variety of breakfast available10. We stayed Friday night Saturday. Towards midnight until early morning, the sound of motorbike convoys was very clear and quite disturbing our rest. Please make the room more airtightThat is our review, hopefully it will be a consideration for Azana's management so that Azana Sanggabuana can progress further. Thank You..

Hotel in the middle of Bogor city, close to everywhere, check-in time 14.00, I arrived at 13.58 apparently the room was not ready and the wait was quite long, almost 30 minutes. Maybe because there was an anniversary decoration request, it took a while to get ready, but logically check out time is 12.00, so there should be enough time to prepare the room for the next guest😁The staff are very friendly and helpful.A welcome drink of sweet iced tea is provided in the hotel lobby.I ordered a deluxe type room priced at 617k but got a free upgrade to the villa type which costs up to 900k/night. I originally wanted to order the villa type, but that didn't work out, thank God I got a free upgrade to the villa type without any additional costs🥰The villa type room has a full glass front, during the day, the curtains are not closed, it can be seen from the outside😁 the cleanliness of the room is okay, it's just that the floor is stepped on and there's still dust. The lower floor is equipped with a TV, Netflix is available, the staff will set the Netflix and we can use it as much as we like. There is coffee and tea, but only one. There are clothes hangers and a large mirror. The bed is on the top floor, and the stairs up are very steep, so if an elderly person stays in this type it will be difficult to get up and down, as well as children under five, going up and down the stairs must be supervised by their parents. The bedroom is equipped with a night light, table and chairs, and there is a safe tooThe bathroom is on the ground floor, equipped with bath soap and shampoo, there is conditioner too but it's empty and nothing in it😁, equipped with a hairdryer, there's only 1 toothbrush and shower cap package, only 1 pair of sandals inside, even though there are 2 pax for guests. . Under the sink there was standing water, I don't know where the water came from, the cleanliness of the bathroom was pretty okay.Because Bogor is a rainy city, umbrellas are also provided in the rooms.The swimming pool is small and only recommended for children, but the swimming pool water is dirty, it was hit by tree flowers above the pool, my child swam in the morning, and it only took a moment because the water was dirty.For breakfast, the food is delicious but there aren't many choices, maybe there will be more next time.Overall staying here was fun, next time I want to stay here again 🥰🙏Thank you, very helpful staff, because I was called several times because of my Netflix account settings

It's really nice to be able to stay here... The kids are so happy playing in the mini waterpark pool, they don't want to go home... The rooms are clean, everything is okay, especially for the deluxe room, the bathroom light switch is about to come off so it's hard to slide the bathroom door. Room 103

First time staying here, ordered a superior king room.Room 8/10, the bathroom is a bit dirty, lots of yellow in the corners and around the toilet trim, the AC is not cold, the rest is okay.Location 9/10, strategic, comfortable, quiet, lots of food, there is IDM, near the park, lots of cafesFacilities 10/10, very homely, comfortable, there is a mini waterpark, kids friendly, lots of open space, there is a park too, you can see the greenery, it's refreshing.Breakfast 8/10, the food tastes good, but there is little variety, only 1 side dish, 1 vegetable, nasgor, nasputih, fruit, pudding, cereal, soto, bread.Price 7/10, yesterday I got the lowest price for a superior type room, it was very expensive at 580 cashback to 530, but the cashback could only be taken in another 60 days, I mean the Gem Hotel is also the same price but the breakfast is really good, lots of variants.So with that price, please improve the breakfast, the condition of the bathroom and the coldness of the AC.Don't. Because the lowest type is superior, the quality goes down.Hopefully you can upgrade.But overall it's okay for a first experience.Overall 8.5/10Thank you Azana.
