Room: There is a wardrobe, TV, bath towels, and dressing table. There is no hair dryer, no bottled water, and only a small piece of soap is provided.Location: The location is very good. Opposite is the ticket entrance of Sukhothai Park. Next door is a bicycle shop. Rent a bicycle for 30 baht per day and return it before 6 pm. There is a 7-11 supermarket nearby, and there is a night market by the lake where you can visit in the evening. The food in the night market is super delicious and cheap, which is ridiculous.Service: The boss is an uncle, very, very, very cute! He chatted with us a lot and greeted us warmly. His English is very good and he has been to many countries. If you have any questions, you will be enthusiastically assisted, and the service is 100%. I am very touched. I really like the feeling of being welcomed. Sukhothai has become full of happy memories.Breakfast: The boss prepared a three-in-one drink: coffee bag/cocoa/tea bag/white toast/coconut cake/roasted shredded coconut glutinous rice roll wrapped in banana leaves, which is said to be the local flavor of Sukhothai😋Bonus points: The boss’s cat Mikey is super cute, friendly and clingy. I petted the cat for two days and loved it so much. Mikey is now four years old. He was attacked by a wild dog at the entrance of the park and was separated from his mother cat. He came to the boss’s shop. , the boss took him to see the veterinarian. After that, Mikey was unwilling to leave the store and became a part of the store, the boss’s family🐈⬛The cats are super cute, the boss is super enthusiastic, and the breakfast is delicious. I will definitely visit this hotel again when I come to Sukhothai!

Just to be honest, there doesn't seem to be any breakfast at the moment, and they do provide coffee or tea in the morning. You can rent a bike right next door and the location is perfect.

The location is great and the room is clean.The boss is very kind and speaks English. He can tell tourists a lot about the history of Sukhothai. It is very suitable for graduation travel!Cheap price, free breakfast and WiFi.

Excellent location for visiting the temple a few kilometers from the city center. Right place for temporary and emergency support. Dirty, air conditioning not working, bathrooms with "the essentials". Access to the rooms on the first floor via a steep and unprotected staircase. Don't have any expectations if you can't find anything else

5 stars for location and kindness of the ownerThe property is just across the road from the entrance to Sukhothai Historical Park. Most convenient for traveling during the Loy Krathong festival. And you can watch the fireworks right in front of your accommodation.Must reserve 3 months in advance because there are few rooms. The room has air conditioning, no refrigerator, breakfast is bread. Pork sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves Sukhothai toasted sticky rice, Patongko, coffeeIn front of the accommodation there is a golf cart. For rent to drive around the park, 200 baht per hour, and bicycles.

The room is air-conditioned and clean.the owner is very niiiiiice！The location of Toon is perfect.The entrance to Sukhothai Historical Park is across the road from Vitoon, only a 1-minute walk away.very close to 711, a three-minute walk.2 minutes to reach Ramkhamhaeng National Museum and 10 minutes to the bus station.

I visited the night market inside Sukhothai Historical Park and stayed overnight as it was late at night.I had to take a bus back the next morning, but instead of going to the terminal (it's in New Sukhothai and I had to pay over 150 baht for a Grab taxi), they stopped a minivan or bus that passed in front of the store and helped me catch it.Thanks to this, I was able to move around comfortably without any trouble.A simple breakfast including toast, coffee, tea, bread, and rice balls was also included! Considering the location and service, it was definitely worth the price.

Clean rooms, kind owners, very close to Sukhothai Historical Park. Just cross the road. There are bicycles for rent. In the morning there are snacks to eat as well.

I decided to stay at the Toonguesthouse because of its excellent location, in front of the Sukhothai Historical Park, as well as the good price.The man at the reception very friendly and kind, always smiling.I was pleased to discover that breakfast was included in the price, there were fruits, bread to toast, jam, coffee, tea and some other typical Thai sweets.I liked it and ate a lot.The ToonGuesthouse, it is a 2-storey building, with a staircase, a large reception and food area, all pretty basic but functional.The room was basic too, a good size, the air conditioning worked very well as well as the WiFi, the room had a window overlooking the Historic Park.The bathroom, basic, without a shower curtain (I got used to it on my trip to Thailand). Of course hot water works fine.On the upper floor, there is a fridge in the common area, to be able to leave your drinks or food there, and on the ground floor, there is a small kitchen, but I am not sure if it is for use by guests.The Toonguesthouse is not located in the center of Sukhothai city, but it is in the center of all the tourist attractions in the area, rent bicycles, motorcycles and electric cars to walk around the park, some restaurants nearby.Not so good:-The mattresses in our room were a bit hard for me.- And since guests must remove their shoes before get inside the Guesthouse, there was a very particular and strong smell, due to the shoes of some globetrotter.Otherwise everything was excellent.

We had a nice stay at Toon Guesthouse. He was super friendly and even gave us breakfast for free and we could tag along with him to the Night Market and he showed us all the different food to try.It's just located next to the historical park whatvis super convenient and also bike rental next to Guesthouse. Would recommend
