I've been to this place several times, there are always problems when ordering food, there are forgotten orders, wrong orders, and the most annoying thing is because the room is air-conditioned but the smoking room and non-smoking room are combined. Imagine wanting to relax and cool off but the room smells of cigarettes. Even though the food here is delicious, the snacks and drinks are also delicious. But unfortunately the experience of visiting was bad because the waiter didn't seem capable of taking orders. Not once, many times. Management must know about this. So that the service is more disciplined.Food = 80/100Drinks and snacks = 85/100Waiter accuracy = 20/100Just order, the waiters are well trained.

Ordered food and waited several hours but was informed that the menu I ordered was empty when the cafe was about to close and even then, after I called the waiter several times and asked for my order, the waiter grinned while informing me. Not kid friendly. Smokers freely smoke in air-conditioned rooms endangering other customers
