I once ordered via Agoda, and after it arrived they said the owner was not cooperating with OYO, the booking money on Agoda was forfeited.

Book this accommodation from the OYO application. It turns out there is no longer any cooperation. 2 days before checking in, I always contact the accommodation. One of the contacts blocked my number because I wanted confirmation regarding my order via Oyo. Finally connected with the owner. The owner was quite nice, but he judged me for not using my heart because the price I ordered for 4 rooms via Oyo was outrageous. Even though I don't know anything about his position. My family arrived at the location, it turned out that only 1 room was prepared because the price for 4 rooms at Oyo was equivalent to 1 of their rooms. The family asked the receptionist for clarity but instead they were told "we are also tired from work". Hello, this is a customer and that's your job! Great answer. The condition of the accommodation is also not well maintained but it has an arrogant receptionist.

Don't order via any application. I ordered via Agoda. I even got the booking ID rejected. It said it was no longer cooperating. I also showed proof of payment and the money I transferred hasn't been returned yet. HHH

The room was ordered via the Oyo application..it was paid off..when I arrived at the guesthouse, the guest housekeeper told me to add money, he said the price was not the same as in the application...automatically I didn't check in but my money that I had transferred in the Oyo application didn't either. back...hahahaha
