I had booked for 5 nights but suddenly got a call and was told that there was an error so I could only get 3 nights, even though I had booked 2 weeks beforehand. Service is not professional at all.

I swear the room wasn't clean, what's more the bathroom made me uncomfortable because it was smelly and dirty and the room lights and the lights in the lobby area in front of the room were dim and gave me goosebumps, plus the lift door felt like it was almost broken.

The room was not clean, the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, lots of small cockroaches from the bathroom, the hot water didn't work. The good thing is cold AC, strategic location in front of Panakukkang Mall, lots of places to shop for food etc. nearby

The place is very strategic, the service is very friendly, the rooms are decent for around 300K, what is very annoying is the internet, it can't connect, and the TV broadcast in the room is very bad, the picture is not clear.

Actually, this Denpasar hotel has a very strategic location, right across from Panakukkang Mall, just walk across.1. Room- The room is actually comfortable, but in terms of cleanliness it is very lacking, when you arrive the room floor is dirty as if it hadn't been swept. The bed sheets and pillowcases were also dirty. When I reported it to reception to have the sheets cleaned and replaced, it turned out that when I returned to the room the sheets had not been changed, only tidied up and the room had not been cleaned... Only after the 2nd complaint, the sheets were changed and the pillowcases were not replaced. but the room floor is still dirty 😅. The bathroom front light was also off.2. There is less variety in food. Yellow rice, some side dishes and bread, no fruit. Just for the taste, the yellow rice is delicious 👍3. The price for a superior room is 300 thousand/night (it's a shame the room is dirty)Overall, I'm still thinking again if I want to stay at this hotel. Maybe input for the management can be improved regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, it's a shame even though the hotel's location is very strategic.
