the room is very bad, the lights are broken, the toilet door is very badly damaged, don't recommend it, and the bathroom smells, lots of ants, the lights are dim, the service is slow, the mattress and pillows are dirty, lots of cobwebs, the board is about to collapse, the cupboard door is missing , the lights can't be turned on, there's no fragrance, lots of mosquitoes, the AC isn't cold, the walls are peeling

Very strategic location. The accommodation is good although there is some need for improvement in the room area. cupboards, walls in several parts on the 2nd floor are peeling off. The TV on the 2nd floor couldn't work. The bathroom didn't have a mat or towels. The bathroom curtain was moldyBut overall everything is good... with spacious and comfortable rooms.The pool and beach are clean, the garden is cool with lots of cool photo spots.Hopefully it will be better in the future

Now it's 12-19-23IN TERMS OF ROOM QUALITY, WELL... IT'S GOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD, ESPECIALLY THE WATER MANAGEMENT, IT WAS DISAPPOINTING. When asked when there would be water, the answer was I DON'T KNOW.... SAID WHILE AT WORK, ASKED HOW DAMAGE SHE SAID WHEN WE CHECKED IN, Wow. ...🤦I mean, if there is a problem, don't sell it, whose loss is the room......HOPE THE SERVICE CAN BE BETTER.....BUT PLEASE SOP AND PEE THERE ARE NO COMPROMISE.....😂😂😂

My expectations were too high for a waterpark + hotel.Don't look for a canteen/restaurant,Overnight guests who do not bring provisions must leave the hotel to look for food.Lots of unclear items in the lobby,The park is spacious but poorly maintained and not well conceptualized. The waiters/officers seem to need training.

The room is quite good and the AC is cold. I checked in at the villa and paid more than 2 million, but it was 10 am, sis had already come and waited for us to check out, she said we had to check out before 11 am! Not friendly ⭐️

It really didn't meet expectations, and finally after going inside, I came out and asked for the entry fee back which was quite expensive. If it's not ready to receive visitors, it's better to close until it returns to the way it was when it first opened. 2 years ago, it was good but now don't try anything if you don't want to be annoyed by the condition of the rides and beaches
