The room is very clean. The caretaker is lovely. All amenities are complete (dryer, small and large towels. swimming towel Smart TV!!!ð etc.) Location near the market. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, swimming pool open all the time. Worth the price (The walkway into the accommodation may be indifferent, but the room and the pool are very good.)

If you want to be near the park, this isnât it. There arent staff on hand and we have to search for them. The rooms were clean. But the lights outside the rooms made it seem like daylight when we tried to sleep. Dogs barked all night. Construction was happening, so the pool was hard to access.

I would repeat if I returned to Sukhothai. Spacious and clean room, super friendly service both day and night. Next to 7eleven and food stalls. Quiet place. Perfect pool for a swim after a hot day of cycling to see the temples of the old area

The rooms are okay, but not special, especially not for the price you pay. Door could not be locked very well. Pool was nice. There was no one else there, so it was very quiet. However, there was music at night because a new bar opened literally next to/in the backyard. When we went to the reception at 1 am, they closed the bar immediately and apologized so the service is good. Could store our backpacks after checkout. Location is in new town, so not close to the historical park.

Location is probably main plus for Pai Sukothai resort with it's relative close location to the centre of the town. The night market area is literally a 5 minute walk away and even closer there's a bunch of nice restaurants and bars to chill out at after a day exploring. The bus terminal is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk ride away.Not all staff speak English, none of them when we arrived, which caused a bit of confusion as they couldn't find our booking. But a phone call sorted it all out and we were checked in.Breakfast was good with some mornings the option to choose from a few set menu options and other mornings the same ingredients where available in buffet form (probably because they had much more people staying that night).The room was spacious and cleaned every day, bed was comfortable and large and there was even a sofa in the room.Only thing that isn't as glamorous as the photos anymore is the swimming pool area. Still able to swim if you want and clean just a little more run down than the pictures. Still think this is a great option if you're planning to stay in Sukothai.

This is the perfect location if you plan on venturing out on foot. The room is clean with an option for breakfast. I recommend you take that it's well worth the price. They have a gorgeous Cafe that serves a bit of everything. The Staff actually live in an adjacent building so there is always someone available. I've added them to my favourites.

The hotel is small, and somewhat hidden on a narrow street behind a 7-11 in new Sukhothai. Google maps got us there easily. I had to call the displayed phone number to get someone to open the locked entrance door. Â âĶ

I have been coming here for years and has been consistently excellent for good and service. Staff helpful and pleasant. If you need breakfast, there is a Pai Cafe also.

It's very convenient to do anything in the city. Walk to 7-Eleven just 50 meters. At the entrance there is food from evening until late at night.
