Very nice experience. Nice and clean house/villa with a nice breakfast and pleasant swimming pool (plenty of sun loungers and continuously accessible, but not 100% privacy from the street). Had many nice chats with the Belgian/Flemish owner Luc and received tips such as the local massage. The whole family was a fan.Is near nice restaurants and bars (no noise pollution as it is a 5-minute walk). Luc took us to the old city and with the Grab we were back for barely 140 Bath or 3.5 euros.

The room is spacious, beautiful, big bed, soft, comfortable to sleep, big balcony. The bathroom smells a bit, but it's tolerable. The water is strong. There's a swimming pool available to the general public, but it only accepts people who come to swim. 👍 Stay at the first floor room, room 1,000฿ with food. morning Dogs can stay. No additional charge 🙏❤️🥰 The owner is friendly and hospitable.

My 2 friends and I had a perfect stay in the Baan Georges hotel.We were there for 2 nights in early May. The prices were 2x cheaper than normal and we were all alone in the hotel (low season). Suffice to say that we were received like kings.The building is impressive and has a lot of charm.The swimming pool is also very pleasant, large and beautiful.The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, they have a large balcony.As for breakfast, it was included for us (it costs 100 baht otherwise) and it was very complete. We even had the privilege of having fruit plates each time.The staff was super nice and helpful.Very warm atmosphere, I 1000% recommend this hotel which is also very well located.

Well located and rather pretty hotel, although aging. The swimming pool is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very large and air-conditioned. We will simply regret the curtains of questionable taste and the not very pleasant lighting. Absence of reception and welcome, Luc the owner (very friendly by the way) providing informal welcome. Restaurant upstairs with a nice view, breakfasts are OK.

Breakfast was great, many choices and good. Stayed there to go to Sukhothai historical village, and we were close to other places to eat. Rooms were spacious and pool was great.

Beautiful room But it smells very musty. Not as clean as it should be Difficulty with little parking The entrance is cramped. But the owner of the house is lovely, the service is very good, the food is delicious.

We chose to stop in Sukhothai and found this beautiful accommodation. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is providential after a fiery day, and the staff is splendid. Very good breakfast and a beautiful view from the terrace. I thank the Owner for his infinite availability. We felt at home.

We had problems with the Booking reservation and we sent them an email explaining the problem.They reserved us by email without prior payment. Cheaper than on the Booking page.The beautiful house, the unbeatable treatment, the clean room.The price included breakfast, a magnificent breakfast in the attic of the house with unbeatable views.When we checked out, the owner personally drove us to the bus stop with his car.Without a doubt a recommended place for travelers.

Colonial building a bit on the outskirts but close to the main road and a couple of pubs/restaurants known in the area and frequented by tourists. The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, a little frog appeared in the pool but excellent breakfast prepared by the lady who takes care of the structure together with the owner.Unfortunately there was often a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom
