Actually very satisfied but I wouldn't call it a resort, more of a hotel! I was a guest in room 127 at the beginning of May. It's great, but the shower head just doesn't work! The hotel is better for people traveling alone or as a couple, but there is nothing for families with children, there is nothing except a sleeping area! I wanted a coffee after getting up 😂 There's no such thing as bad luck... (maybe out of season!) Positive The hotel is kept clean by one person, he's at check-in, he's the caretaker, he's the gardener, one person for everything!! Location is very close to the action just a few minutes walk away!!

The Rise Resort (like hotel building) is located only 15 minutes walk from the main gate of the historical park.Everything is very clean, but you can rather easily hear noises from other rooms/stairs.Room decoration is nice. The maid has obviously not reported some damages. I had a good discussion with the owner about this.The owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful.For a reasonable price, breakfast is also served.It is a perfect place to visit Sukhothai Park.And don't forget: Sri Satchanalai is only one hour drive away.

The resort has a very good atmosphere, shady, but the air conditioner is much smaller than the room size and is a bit expensive, 800 baht / night.

The rooms are a little expensive because there is only a bedroom and a TV and refrigerator. (There is no internet, no kettle, no coffee.) But the owner has a very loving face.

The mattress is soft, the room is spacious, clean, there is a sofa as well. But the disadvantage is that the room is not sound proof. The room next to it dropped something and was startled when I slept. The water flows very gently to the max. Price in the hundreds, near the historical park.

It's a small hotel. It is about 1 km from Wat Traphang Thong. The rooms are clean and simple. The mattress is good, sleeps comfortably, the bathroom is clean, but the service is average. If you want anything, you have to go after it yourself. Breakfast is one set per person.
