The rooms are clean and the service is good and the location is quite strategic.

The towel was torn a little, there were traces of sweet potatoes. But also comfortable

I really like staying here👍 For those who want to look for accommodation in the city of Makassar, this is really worth it😍Just as we arrived, we were greeted by the security guard and he picked up the suitcase. After that, I was asked, "Ma'am, did you order via Tiketcom? I was confused about where the order was and it didn't come." It seemed like she was waiting for me🤣🙃 At the reception there was a 50k deposit for a cenah key.The mall is very close to Panakukang Mall so it's not too crowded in the room, just crossing is cool. Then it's close to Circle K so you can have coffee and breakfast there, just cross and then walk a little. There are Alfa and Indo too but it's a bit far away. It's closest to Circle K.The interior is really nice, the rooms smell really good. This hotel has 4 sockets so it's very safe for guests who don't bring terminals like that. Provided with 1 towel, toothbrush equipment, soap (there's so much in it you can't run out of it), toilet paper, regular tissue, 1 mineral water, 1 hanger, heater, there is also wifi but unfortunately the wifi is a bit lost, fortunately the Tsel network is safe in the room. There is also a bell in each room which is really cool for a price under 300k. On the 2nd floor there happens to be a hot and cold water dispenser so there's no need to buy mineral water outside of Bestie👌Oh yes, what amazed me was actually the service was really good, from the security guard to the receptionist, everyone was friendly and very helpful. I'm just surprised that at this price in the city of Makassar you can find a really good hotel, the elevator has a touchscreen (sorry it's tacky) but it's rare to find 3 star hotels that touch screen like that haha🙃Maybe my advice: the lighting in the room is a bit lacking, there are no bright main lights so at night it's a bit gloomy, haha. Then maybe you can add one more towel for greetings or there are 2 guests, right?

Stay in the family room.The rooms are quite spacious, but they don't match the price.No breakfast,Rooms and places are generally DIRTY, dust everywhere.The AC is not optimal, it takes a long time to cool.It seems there is no cleaning here.

Entered the room and immediately checked the towels. They were given only 1 which was badly torn :') but asked for a replacement and asked for another one. Thank God it was answered.The TV is cable TVThen, when I wanted to wash my face, it turned out that the sink drain that went down wasn't connected. It seems like this room has never been maintained.

I'm from JKT, in my opinion this hotel is cheap, the 5 star service I felt while in Makassar👍👍the receptionist is friendly, the staff is also friendly.

The room is clean but the curtains need repair. The towels given were a bit thin. The bathroom needs to be improved in terms of comfort and facilities. There is no place to put soap.
