Almost lost!! The plan was to order on the Reddorz application but when I wanted to check in they said they no longer collaborate with Reddorz, that's really strange...

This fraud, the price does not match in the application. Order on the app but when you check in it says the price on the app doesn't apply, so if the price on the app doesn't apply, why put it on the app. The room was cramped, the sheets looked like they had never been washed

The employees are also not neat, the service is also very bad, the room has been booked from 10 pm and has been paid for, we arrived at 1 am, it was even made difficult because the cellphone was not refreshed, we have shown proof of our booking and proof of transfer, the response said I know, If you know, find a solution, we don't even provide this service.

The room is decent, but the water flows very slowly, the towels are not suitable, on the maps the price is 100 or more when you check in. The payment is 200 + 50 deposit, and when checking out the officer knocks on the door making you uncomfortable even though they have responded just before packing, the door is opened .. BAD SERVICE!!! NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS!!!

The sheets, towels and blankets were very dirty. gr gr T4 felt itchy. In the end I didn't stay overnight. The money just burned like that. The worst thing I've ever encountered.

On 22/11/2021 checked in at 3 in the morning, I asked the receptionist what time check out..."Tomorrow at 12 noon sir..."In fact, after I confirmed it, it turned out that 12 noon was also the check out deadline...Promo was 149,595 but at reception I had to pay 170,000 + 50,000 for guarantee...Pillowcases, sheets, towels need to be rejuvenated...
