The room feels like a sauna, the temperature in the room is 36 degrees Celsius even though the AC is on. I changed rooms three times and there was still little difference. Maybe the freon has run out or it has never been cleaned

Stayed in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean. Bed cleanliness can be further improved. AC cold. The hot water shower runs smoothly. There are two bottles of mineral water, two towels, two toothbrushes, one toothpaste and one sachet of liquid bath soap/shampoo. The power plug is some distance from the bed. There are quite a lot of TV channels, domestic and foreign. One cup and water heater are available. The walls are a bit dirty because of dampness.

One of the accommodations at an affordable price with satisfactory facilities. The rooms are clean and provided with towels and toiletries. However, you have to pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets because there are stains. Service is very friendly and satisfying. On the lower floor there is also a cafe, only this place there is no lift for access up and down. The location is strategic, in the city center and close to Panakkukang Mall. There are also several food stalls around the inn which can be an option for visitors to this inn.

Overall, the rooms are quite comfortable with an affordable budget. Got a room on the floor. 2, the first time the smell came in, it smelled delicious, it seemed like it was coming from the bathroom, the water heater was functioning well. After staying there for 2 nights, the smell finally disappeared... The guest service was good & friendly, but the location turned out to be a bit far from my destination office, and in that area it wasn't fast enough if I wanted to order Go-Jek/Car, prefer Maxim. Thanks :)

Pros: clean and comfortable rooms; employees are friendly and very helpful; cleaning services offered daily; all equipment is functioning properly; hot shower water works; strategic location close to the mosque, Panakkukang Mall, places to eat and minimarkets; guaranteed hotel security; even though it is close to the main road, it doesn't feel noisy because it is soundproof; and on the ground floor there is a mini cafe which is comfortable enough to sit around.Disadvantages: there is no elevator so those who get to the upper rooms are quite tired from climbing the stairs; parking is available but relatively limited; lack of air circulation; and the rooms are actually sufficient but not too spacious.Updates:Several shortcomings were encountered: the internet was a bit slow while the signal was a bit difficult, especially in the lower rooms; space is very narrow even though you have ordered the deluxe type, even prayer space is still limited.

Cheap price around 200 thousand per day (I ordered from the RedDoorz application and got a discount of around 150 thousand per day)2. Strategic location close to malls, supermarkets, places to eat and mosques3. Hotel staff are very friendly and can adapt to people from outside the city who don't understand Makassarese4.
