Alhamdulillah, the service was very friendly and good, (Ma'am was good). Many of the room facilities should have started to be repaired. For the price of 600 thousand per night, there is no exhaust. The mattress should have been replaced. Hopefully the hotel management can fix it soon...

Nice hotel, cozy, friendly service, ok live acoustic music (top 40), affordable price, making BM Hotel the best choice for staying if you go to Palopo, whether on holiday with family or a business trip.

Disappointing…Towels have holes, TV broadcasts are spotty, no slippers, noise outside the room is noisy, there are no electrical plugs on the table, the mattress is old and feels like it has iron springs, the floor is dusty

Although the hotel was mediocre at best, the real problem was in the morning. I tried taking a shower but as soon as I turned on the water, the shower head snapped off the hose. Wasn't bad enough not to be able to shower or getting drenched with the hose whipping around, the hotel wants to charge me 300,000 IDR for their broken junk. Stay away, it's a foreigner scam!!!

Think 1000x if you will stay at this Hotel!!-There are no hotel slippers-AC is not functioning normally-Room changes are made without confirmation to the guest-The water doesn't work-The hotel clerk sleeps-Breakfast food is not attractive, and the stock of eggs runs out quickly.

Just stayed the second time, the first time didn't really feel like it because I just stayed and went back, the second time I just felt it because everything started from the room service, there were no hot water facilities in the bathroom and there was no exhaust, no tea or coffee available in the room, the room it smells stale and what's more, the breakfast menu is not complete, it's a loss for me who has to pay 50 thousand for my child and the food he only eats is rice and vegetables because the breakfast menu is spicy, there's no cereal, bread and milk...I regret that I ordered 3 nights Can't stay here for 2 more nights 😩

First time staying at this hotel because I was just taking a break. The room price is not commensurate with the facilities. Moved rooms because there were centipedes in the previous room, the shower water was not running smoothly, the room smelled a bit musty. Hot water is only available in certain rooms

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel...The first night the AC wasn't cold enough on the 2nd floor, then asked to change rooms on the ground floor and thank God everything worked well except for the shower, the water wasn't strong enough 🤭 so another alternative was to ask for a bucket and bucket...The rest is safe, okay?

The hotel is nice right in the middle of Palopo city, close to the field, it's a bit into an alley, breakfast is delicious but there's not a lot of variety, for those who really don't like dimly lit or dark rooms, you can ask for extra lights, good service, the staff are alert and ready to help with whatever is needed. the rooms can be made even cleaner, the restaurant is outdoor so when it rains be very careful because it's very slippery, there's live music on Saturday nights, manual stairs to the 2nd floor so if you can't go up to the 2nd floor you can just request the 1st floor, the hotel is busy but not too noisy

I paid 750,000 for 1 night with a twin bed + extra bed room. (-) The check-in process took a while, probably due to a lack of manpower, the AC was not cold, many of the facilities were damaged (chairs, table lamps & shower), the lights were dim, the room smelled a bit damp and the bed sheets were stained. There is no warm water, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.For BM restaurant & cafe, service is very long and slow. The cafe&restaurant waiter didn't prioritize ordering, the food and drinks weren't very tasty (maybe not my taste).(+) The hotel is aesthetic, the receptionist and several employees are very friendly. and there is a BM cafe restaurant which is a comfortable and classic place + there is live music.

BM residence hotel is very close to the city center, located behind the Palopo city hall and is quite strategic so you can jog in the city hall square in between business matters, the breakfast menu and setting are quite interesting. The atmosphere of the rice fields and the hotel blend together.

Strategic location in the city center,The owner, receptionist and employees are very friendly.Thematic and aesthetic hotel.Room facilities are lacking. No warm water. Toothbrush toiletries are not provided. Humid room.The food is a bit unsuitable for me, maybe different tastes.
