The location is perfect, many restaurants are walk distance. The equipments inside the room are quite complete. But the water comes out are black and dirty many times. The staff didn't clean the terrace in front of the room . The mattress was already broken. They need to renew it. The lights in the room is not enough.No enough parking lot.You can bring dogs here so it's disturbing neighbours because of the barks. Cannot watch TV because it's not smart TV and there is no STB.The elevator was not function frequently. Wifi are slow.

The environment is really good. Great place for couple and pet friendly. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The location is near housing, not so crowded. Have a big parking area. Even they have lift to provide 3th floor.

Many accommodation providers claim to treat their guests like family however here is true. Komang and Erma treat all the guests like family. The atmosphere is a family atmosphere which makes it warm and inviting. Any issues are resolved promptly. The other guests are respectful of each other. We have enjoyed staying here for many years and will continue to stay here for as long as Komong and Erma are here they are real asset to Ddeks!
