Location was great with Laundry, mini mart, massages, restaurants & cafes and short walk down a charming balinese lane. Comfortable bed, great pillows, clean sheets & towels and flowing uninterrupted hot water!|Exceptional staff we will return. Thanks for having us!

There are many apartmentd like these, but what makes Smart Comfort so good is the fact that everything works as it should and the staff are simply marvelous.|It is well located with easy access to restaurants/warugs.|Will definately return.

This apartment is well located. The pool is lovely and lounge and bed very comfortable. Netflix and wifi available. There is no restaurant in this group of apartments, it is not a hotel. But this should not concern anyone as there are warungs close by that are fantastic, and a kitchen in the apartment if you want to cook. The staff moniter the premises 24 hours a day and are always helpful. They organised our transfer from the airport and our laundry to be done when we requested. We will return 😀

Smart Comfort Apartments are really well located, 15 minute walk to the beach at a slow pace. Spacious, clean and tidy. The pool is lovely and the beds, lounge very comfortable. Free WiFi, Netflix and youtube. Staff, very helpful and polite. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Had a nice stay, apartment was as advertised and well worth the money.Definitely not 'smart' bad wifi. There should be a router in each unit, but it did not seem like there was, unstable connection. Also had an issue where the electricity went off one night and as a result the room became too hot. I checked and the rest of the place had electricity, after a phone call this was fixed within an hour.Pool filters are on a timer, but pool becomes unusable when the filter is off.Lovely and accommodating staff, cleaned our room and replaced towels each day.Enjoyed our stay in general, would recommend and come back, especially at the early bird price via their website.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cozy one-bedroom with a private pool. The layout was perfect for my needs, offering both comfort and convenience. The staff were always present and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Additionally, the WiFi connection was reliable, and having Netflix available was a nice touch. I would love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked through Airbnb. The place is tired and not representative of the photos. The pool has a ring of mould around it, floating bits in it and the steps were slimey. It was so gross you couldn't swim in it. I mentioned the issue to staff who arrived with a pool scooper thinking that will fix the problem.clearly the filter needs a service or replacement. The wifi also wasn't at an adequate speed for zoom calls so I couldn't work from the apartment. The staff tried to fix it and it would only work intermittently so I had to pack up and leave early. The Airbnb host has refused to refund me for the remaining days of my booking and denies the issues raised so I doubt the will be any changes. I am glad I have left this soulless hole.
