We booked online, after arriving at midnight they said it was full, very disappointing. Can not be trusted

600$ dollars were stolenThey stole $600 dollars in the room, from a wallet in a bag, when he went for a swim in the pool!Disgusting place.I absolutely do not recommend it. They ingratiate themselves: upon arrival in the evening they said that I could pay in the morning, but I refused, and in front of the owner I took the money out of my wallet.The owner himself is very pious, which didn’t even give a reason. 5 star place, 5 foot price

Very very poor service.They don't keep water for the guests . The man here asked to go and get drinking water from outside .No shampoo nothing in the washroom .Worst stay in bali .Also they have no assistance in charging phone .The connections don't support the adaptor

Everything is very bad. Old, dirty, rickety Guest House. The pool is dirty and cloudy. Looks like soup. As icing on the cake, the employee stole money from the room. It’s good that I didn’t store much in the room ($170). I found another place and moved out. The only thing that was interesting were the fighting cocks that were raised for fighting. 2 fighting roosters and 1 guesthouse worker rooster. Nice set. If the owner is reading, please contact me.

Bad

The room was dirty. It has a kitchen but we didn't want to cook there (we needed kitchen) because it wasn't clean. They didn't clean fridge or any surfaces after guests at all (including bathroom). There were only toilet paper in the bathroom. No soap, shampoo etc. One towel per person.But most upsetting was mold! You could smell it! It's not safe to breathe with this air. Also there were no window and not enough light - so it's feels like you're living in the basement. The water smelled bad, we didn't take a bath because of it. We planned to stay there longer but left this place earlier. We agreed on 250к per day, but when we moved in we saw price in booking - it was 220к per day. We deposit 700к before we saw the room (mistake!), stayed there 3 days and told manager that we didn't like our stay and we'll move out and he still said that we need to give him 50к more. I know we agreed on that but we didn't agree on mold, for example.Maybe this place was like in the pictures couple of years ago but now because oflack of service attention it is unpleasant to be there.

I wanted to complain about the condition of the room, but didn't have the heart because pandemic conditions cannot be a measure of quality. The important thing is to be happy because the owner is quite friendly and helpful.
