The mattress is considered comfortable to sleep on, the pillows are good, not too hard, not too soft..it's an apartment style accommodation. In the middle of the city There is no breakfast, no tea or coffee, no hot water of any kind. But it's not difficult to find something to eat because it's next to 7-11, just a 3-5 minute walk. In front of the alley is a temple. And the fresh market (it's a morning market like a local market) focuses on selling fresh produce, vegetables, fish, items with grilled pork, grilled chicken, and sticky rice. There's some but a little.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. You will pass by a local market before getting to the hotel. A few meters away, there's a 7Eleven, plenty of night street vendors and restaurants.Outside the hotel grounds is very clean. Inside is also squeaky clean. Don't be weirded out to take off your shoes by the door and change into house slippers (we're in Asia). We requested for a ground floor room and got one facing a mini garden. Our room was big, bed was comfortable, really cold ACU, huge bathroom with good water pressure and hot/cold shower. We also got a fridge and they provide daily bottled water rations.They have complimentary coffee in the morning and they also serve breakfast to order. We had a restful stay and the place felt secured and quiet at night. The woman who checked us in was a sweetheart. It's a family owned business and it's just great to support them.However, we rented a motorcyle with them and got a flat tire coming back from Si Satchanalai. It's a good thing, my husband felt it and slowed down that we did not get into an accident. When we checked, the tire was so old and it got torn. They picked us up from where were at and spoke to the locals to have the tire replaced. It got a little ugly when the owner (Mom) asked to speak to us on the phone demanding that we pay for the tire replacement. We argued on the phone and it was a bit of a challenge getting things aorted out because of language barrier. We refused to pay and they just let it go. Next time you decide to rent out motorcycles, please check the tires and take photos before driving it.

In the city, in the morning in front of the alley there is a morning market. Near Wat Kuab Luang Pho Hom, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, strong water, very quiet, there is parking for many cars. Suitable for the price

It's ok, it's ok, the price is 600 baht, but the bathroom lights are dim and not bright, the lid is clear and loose. Sitting and it twists. In addition, that's enough.

In the city near the market, easy to find, wide and convenient parking, walk into the clean building. It's neat, there's a place to arrange shoes, the person at the counter is very welcoming, walking into the room smells clean and fresh, the air conditioner is cool, the TV, refrigerator, water heater are ready, the price is not expensive, come stay again next time.

The room is very, very clean. You welcome me kindly. The price is not very expensive. Recommended. In the morning there is a lot of food markets. There is a 7/11 in front of the alley.

Everything was good at this place except for their wi-fi signal which was terrible. I was unable to work in my room. That's the only complaint I have for Blue House.

We stayed here for 2 nights during the Sukhothai Loy Krathong Festival.You take your shoes off at the entrance, so the inside of the building was clean and the rooms were spacious enough.It was my first time staying in a room with a canopy, and it was cute. It also serves as a mosquito repellent.Soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, bottled drinking water, and a mini-fridge were also provided.The shower was nice and hot water came out once you adjusted it.The owner would lend me a hair dryer if I asked, which was helpful.I spoke with the owner for a bit, and he was a very calm and elegantly spoken person who was kind and nice.It was convenient to rent a motorbike for 300B a day.The room was cleaned on my second night, and I was able to use new towels.There was a morning market just a short walk away, and the 15B jokes and 10B cocoa were delicious.My trip to Sukhothai was a wonderful and memorable trip.

very nice staied at blue house. room was very big and the bed is 180 cm wide .only issue is that you have to ask to start the air conditioning and the hot water to the reception . are not powered by default , or they forgot to powered before to enter in the room.nice, friendly personal
