I booked and paid on the application until the hotel refused to check in on the grounds that the application price did not match the hotel price and did not provide a solution. When refunding, 50% was returned. The remaining 50% is for compensation to the hotel. It was my loss that was rejected, why should I compensate the hotel? It's a joke, come on! Bad

They blamed the OTA price they purchased and said they had to go through OYO center if they wanted to claim a refund. SCAMOn the other hand, Oyo can reply to comments and provide the option to move locations.Confusing.

Dirty, the price is according to the guest's face (I was really insulted by the owner) no wifi, the handle is broken and can't open the door, and the price doesn't match the Oyo application... they weren't told that the price was much more expensive... the owner of this hotel is dishonest... . It is recommended to choose another Oyo hotel! ;)

Very disappointed!!!! Today I have booked and PAID AG**A! Then I came at 12 noon and asked if I could check in? With irritability the two staff said it was 2pm! And then I went out for a walk again at 8 pm, what a surprise when I confirmed with the female staff, she said the room was FULL! With curtness! I am surprised ! And angry, I tried to show proof of the transaction to your staff! But he refuses to look and keeps avoiding me!As well as throwing blame at the application!! When you are tired, you intend to take a break, but instead things like this happen, and you also suffer material losses! In my lifetime this incident has just happened! Even though this is a cheap hotel, please fix it and build it or even just REPLACE your very DISAPPOINTING staff!

I swear this hotel is really bad. There shouldn't be any hotels like this. Come 12 o'clock at night, the hotel door is locked. Waited for 45 minutes, suddenly a bro came out and opened the key and it turned out he was a visitor to the hotel and it turned out that when he looked there was no receptionist or security guard. Waited for a long time and didn't come until my wife was lying in the lobby. There is a telephone number that is not active to contact. It's better if you don't intend to open a rental accommodation service, you don't have to open one at all

Experience of staying 5 days here for work purposes. The room is quite spacious, there is a place to dry clothes + there is an iron clothesline too. The place is clean and quiet. There are pets belonging to the owner but they are not noisy, tend to be shy, so they don't bother room guests, in fact they can be used as entertainment because they are cute. The location is also close to a fruit shop and cheap and delicious food stalls in front, a minimarket below, a laundry on the side, a smoke shop at the back, and an Indomaret -/+ 150-200m away.
