The location is great as it is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. However, the accommodation cannot be said to be comfortable for the price. In the case of the first floor, one wall was made of glass and had a view of the pool, but since it was a passageway, the curtains had to be closed most of the time, and rooms were cleaned and towels changed once every three days. I stayed at a cheaper homestay in Ubud before Sanur, but the service and room cleaning seemed to be much worse than those. Also, the soundproofing from the room next door was not good, and since it was close to the road, the sound of motorcycles could be heard into the room. Other than its proximity to the beach and other amenities, this accommodation did not have many advantages.

The location was perfect: very good cafes/restaurants right next door, lots of local shops, and the beach a 5-minute walk away. And at the same time, a quiet location because at the end of a dead end. It's a real homestay, where Michella and Thomas live, who are always there to help you and advise you when you need. The accommodation is very comfortable. The furnishings and decorations are simple and modern (and mostly brand new). The air conditioning was efficient and not noisy; the shower was hot with good pressure. And the cleanliness was impeccable everywhere (whether in the room or in the common areas). I really liked the large open common room, with tables and chairs (and sofa) where you can sit down to have lunch, read, or work. This piece is really a plus. I also appreciated having a kettle to make tea in the morning or afternoon independently. And the small fridge was useful for storing some food. It was really very pleasant and comfortable to stay in this accommodation. So much so that I ended up staying there longer than expected!

This is a highly recommended accommodation! The price was cheap, but it was a satisfactory accommodation! The host was so friendly and came out to greet me from the moment I entered the alley.The Internet is also suitable for remote work and video conferencing. My accommodation was on the first floor, and the speed was faster in the lounge on the second floor than in the room! However, there were no difficulties working at the accommodation.The water pressure in the bathroom was good and there were no bugs in the room! The swimming pool seems to be well maintained, but since no one is using it, it seems like it can be used comfortably. Because it was almost at the end of the main street, the surrounding environment was not noisy and the inside of the accommodation was quiet, so I rested very comfortably.A short walk away, there is not only a convenience store, but also a large supermarket called a popular market and a good laundromat called Sunrise Coin Laundry. Of course, there are many delicious restaurants and massage shops! I recommend House of Michella!!

Good location, friendly owner and staffs, very convenient to stroll down to beach or nearby restaurants. Place is reasonably new so it's clean, swimming pool is deep and well cared for. Only negative point was that you could notice quite a few ants on bed if you pay attention
